JAMF Pro rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of enrollment and stability. Also zero day support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest. With the exception of some of the admin apps needing updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick security policies on Mac.

Managing iPads
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty good management system for Macs, but we are heavy on managing iPads and overall frequently pushing out Apps for iPads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has way too many features that we don’t need for our k12 environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focusing more on k12 and education needs.

It’s easy to use JAMF Pro and set up devices to manage.

There is nothing I dislike about JAMF Pro.

Tewksbury Jamf Pro
What do you like best about the product?
The System UI is extremely easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
My main downfall with jamf pro is the difficulty I had when I started working on the system, the learning curve was a bit much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I took over as a jamf admin after our previous admin resigned. I was thrown into the role with no training and no idea really what jamf was. Luckily using the jamf nation site I have been able to train myself and learn new abilities in management of the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it, far superior to other softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage all of our devices. Self service makes it easy for students and staff to access Apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I dislike other than maybe our upgrade from SQL to Java was not an easy process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not currently having any problems with JAMF Pro. Benefits are ease of use, remote management, and 1:1 deployment.

There really isn’t anything I don’t like about JAMF, it would be easier if we could also manage our windows devices.

Deployments are streamlined thanks to the superior workflow of jamf
Great MacOS/iOS management
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF Pro has become a crucial piece of our infrastructure. Ease of use, great support, even better community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Run into occasional bugs that can be frustrating, but the community has helped with work arounds.

Our Mac numbers were growing quickly and we realized we needed a way to handle it. Jamf is a perfect fit.

I’ve always liked the GUI interface and focus in on an Apple only platform.

Nothing. I think JAMF is headed in the right direction.
