A well put together product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can pick and choose from all of Jamf’s tools to decide what is right for us, and that they seem to have zero day support on Apple OS releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better patch management support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting machines out to end users and managing them without me being everywhere at the same time.

Jamf Connect was a little buggy at first (we implemented it just after launch). Is much more stable now

I appreciate how easy it is to create deployment policies based upon region, office, or IP!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Jamf proxy certificate expiring often. I understand it renews automatically but still a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf pro will automatically provision different software and configurations such as printers as soon as an employee enters that building for the first time.

What do you like best about the product?
The balance of the power and capability with the simplicity of management makes Jamf Pro a joy to use, especially when comparing to SCCM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sites need to be more powerful. There are too many things that only full admins can do. Site admins need more control over their sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying Mac management for our college departments.

I like the how easy it is to be able to manage all the endpoints and the ability to separate the environment with "sites". Constantly adding to its new innovation and becoming an all inclusive environment from adding Jamf Protect for security to Jamf Private access for Zero Trust access

limited support with Azure integration; AD groups not syncing correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a big thing that it solves for us. Utilizing self service to give clients an "autofix" patch via SS.

With Jamf we have been able to grow the Mac environment from a hidden secret to a full global enterprise service.
