Excited for Jamf 11 and the new features
What do you like best about the product?
I am a large advocate of automation, Jamf gives me the ability to automate workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Software update control could be more flushes out, I know this is being worked on

Jamf pro changed everything for me
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage our Mac fleet easily completely hands off. Since the pandemic all employees are remote and this was an amazing thing. Not to mention all the other tools available to us
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that t be mitigated by 11, such as site being an item that can be used in inventory display. Also be able to pull reports day on applications available / used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two words zero touch deploy. That is everything in a nut shell
Easy to use and reliable experience
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro enables our IT team to manage and support Apple devices in a consistent, streamlined manner. I am pleased with the ability to quickly view the status of our computers for patching, macOS updates, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Pro can be difficult to navigate or document procedures for new IT admins. As a result, we struggle to put controls in place to prevent accidental changes. We appreciate the logs, but are looking for better transparency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro allows us to collect application versions then deploy patches to our environment. As a result, individual endpoints are secured at a quicker rate than without Jamf.
Powerful easy to use and fun to master Mac first MDM
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to JAMF I think the thing I like most is the community. JAMF nation has a vibrant and interactive community of users who are not only excited to use the product but also happy to help with it. Should the time arise when you need support or advice there is someone there for you!
What do you dislike about the product?
JAMF Pro is an excellent tool because you are free to create, and in some ways with smart groups only limited by your imagination. At the same time you could be working in a nested series of groups, come up with a great idea, and there's just not a way for you to specify a specific group. I would like more granual smart group control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probably one the biggest issues JAMF is helping me with is automated device enrollment. Being an all remote company, JAMF really helps streamline the issuing of laptops and helps me get people up and running fast.
User interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's intuitive and if there are sections or drop downs where it isn't easy, you can find answers almost anywhere and from a professional Jamf tech. I recommend this MDM especially to the educational institutes when they are working with mobile devices and computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on my mind. I know if I did I'd write it here.

Some of the package uploads and certification issues but there is always someone keeping us updated.
Event providers use JAMF too.

Helps us manage our rental fleet extremely efficiently

Not able to track the location of macOS devices

JAMF is a great easy to use manager solution. It has saved a ton of time on setting up and deploying macs remotely.

Needs more gui commands and policy filtering.

JAMF is amazing and cant Beat!

I like how seamless the Jamf API is and i also love the training classes. I think JAMF makes is super easy to learn the product and be proficient

There really is not anything to no like about JAMF its amazing

I work for SHI and we have tons of customers who are looking for new MDMS and JAMF is the gold standerd
JAMF Pro has been fantastic.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick view dashboard to see stats of what policies/config profiles/etc have been complete/pending/or failed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website has taken forever to sign into. It loads for a while and sometimes it's even when you're moving around the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main item is being able to manage all of our devices to ensure compliance and security is being implemented. It's also works better than other mdm's we've tried.
