Great for iOS management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from an end user perspective. Capable of managing the decentralized environment I work in very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting is not my strong suite so I do not leverage a lot of the platforms capability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security in an enterprise network can be challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the app catalog. Not having to package popular apps is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are 1 instance with multiple sites and sometimes we have issues with that.

Managing our fleet of laptops with software and security patches
Convenient, powerful, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is a powerful tool that allows you to manage apple devices with granular control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Jamf can feel overwhelming without adequate training. While much of it is intuitive it does have a solid learning curve if you are approaching it without fireball training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro allows for managing a fleet of iPads across a large college campus. This includes deploying custom built iPad software.
Robust tool for management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to do complex things. Using the API we are able to automate and customize lots of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support has been entry level recently. It used to be great, but not anymore.

Jamf pro makes managing thousands of MacBooks and iPads easy.
Jamf Pro has changed our Mac management
What do you like best about the product?
We are just about a year in and Jamf Pro has changed my life as an engineer and helped our field support tech with lease rotations and deployment. The management solution is great
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit dated but Jamf Pro 11 looks promising. Other than that everyone in our organization loves Jamf Pro. It's such a great solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Macos management. It has allowed us to create a secure Mac environment on par if not better than windows pcs
Great Apple management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is the most comprehensive management platform for Apple devices. The support has always been extremely helpful, along with the community on Jamf Nation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for and the navigation between menus isn't the greatest. The reporting isn't the greatest either if you want to generate quick reports.
