Best Apple MDM ever
What do you like best about the product?
The all in one MDM appliance for managing Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that can be thought of - just the best MDM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing everything
It makes managing login credentials much easier for end users.
What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with Azure. Users being able to login with their normal account information seems to make things enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I have not ran into any particular issues or anything that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that every user is using provisioned credentials that require SSO.

What do you like best about the product?
Zero day OS, support, healthcare industry close relationship and support for the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features from the past few years are still taking time to be adopted. Return to service, Jamf SSO, and some DDM features are lacking.

Device management for both corporate, shared and assigned as well as BYOD.

Community. Also ease of use of product compared to others. Great training options. Great help from their staff and documentation.

Some more Product issues over few years than normal. Takes a bit for jamf to fix.

Managing 3000 devices with cis rules.

Not a lot dashboards options or visualization of data built in

Ease of use, documentation, and the support team!

Dark mode needs some color improvements. Some of the text doesn't read well with the dark background.

It has built in support for the Apple management and has pre built flows that helps admins to do tasks faster

There PI, they take a lot of time to fix there reported PIs

Ease of managing devices from anywhere. Even on a plane!

Sometimes it's a little slow but all in all that's it.
