Best Apple Focused Event around
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF provides me with the ability to manage my Apple devices quickly and efficiently. There isn't anything as powerful on the market to help give me the peace of mind. The best thing I like about it is that it is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the solutions had a little bit more automated in their deployments. There is a bit of a learning curve to implementing some of the solutions. JAMF Connect can be pretty technical and having to figure out all the right Scripps and variables. A GUI interface would have made that a lot simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a diverse workforce working in many different locations around the globe, JAMF is helping me to be able to quickly manage these devices, and provide quick and easy set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamfs ability to distill down Mac management to almost a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform navigation can give me some heartburn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost have our Mac zero touch problem solved. They helped us solve the ability to update org password while being offpremise or without VPN active.

Wish VPP licnesning was handled differently.

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF helps manage as deploy large amounts of Apple devices and make it very easy to make it possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
JAMF it's great, I don't have any to dislike yet.

JAMF is helping me solve large deployments of Apple devices and keeping them secure.

jamf nation and the enterprise team have been awsome in helping us with all our needs.

Sometimes finding a badic non-super tech answers for Jamf mid entry level admins.

Some documents need to up to date. Git hub or some jamf nation need to approve by jamf pro

Manage our mac in our environment. That make our life easy

What do you like best about the product?
Policies and scripting have given us the capability to automate repetitive tasks and setup. We also love Self Service to empower our users to be able to handle software installations on their own and, in some cases, resolve their own issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of clicks required to complete some tasks. I also wish there was an easier way to add devices to static groups aside from the API. It would be nice to have a search and select all feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf helps us keep track of our inventory and device management in a central location. We are able to integrate it with our remote support platform and ticketing service. All these integrations give us a very efficient workflow.

The forum and everyone on it has been so knowledgeable and incredibly kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Patch management and macOS app deployment have not been great.

Our ability to manage MacBook fleet remotely.

Best way to manage security settings is through jamf pro configuration profile. Jamf pro makes that easy to setup with inbuilt payloads.
