Keeping macs in line, having an overview on the fleet

Historical reports are hard to produce fleet-wide. History is single macs only

Easy and clear tool, very nice dashboard options.

Working with app installers is nice, but not able to reinstall the app when it is removed.

App installer options are still worked on, excited for the outcome

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the jamf pro for more than 3 Months and there is so much good features that helping me a lot with managing my devices in the company. It is really good designed with user friendly designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
At The moment I do not see anything to dislike

It is helping me to manage all devices that we have in company and in the same time it helping me to manage mobile device. This is usefull for my to work. Jamf
Best Apple management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro enables workflows and experiences for your end users that are simply unrivaled by other MDM/UEM systems. It has a clear interface, great features and is always up to date to support users with the latest and greatest Apple has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Jamf introduces an extra cost on the IT budget for companies already heavily into the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Intune for device management).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf makes it possible to manage Apple devices the way Apple intended. This ensures you of a great end-user experience, resulting in fewer IT support tickets, great employee retention and overall positive perception of company IT.
Powerfull MDM for Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use, easy to create a policy and deploy it to our fleet. Deployment is almost instant (compare to MEM) beside that alot of features and updates which are easy to deploy to keep your fleet safe and secure
What do you dislike about the product?
When something such as policy or configuration profile breaks its sometimes had to figure out why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf solved for us that we can keep our Mac devices up to date and making use of the Microsoft Conditional access for secure access to our resources
