What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jamf Pro is its ability to allow you to control and manage environment, exactly how you want to. There is no prerequisite to even take classes, it's that intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI could use a modern refresh, hopefully in 2024. Software updates could be improved as well, but I think that's slowly becoming better as well. Overall, slowly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to understand that I can manage the environment of over 3000 devices with just a team of 3 people. The productivity increase from using Jamf allows this.
Jamf Pro helps you manage like a pro
What do you like best about the product?
I love beating able to manage my iPads and computers without having to touch every single one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Get lots of failed commands at times. Have an issue with MacBooks getting locked out randomly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App scoping. Not having to use an Apple ID. Being able to deploy in a simple manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the zero touch experience and their commitment to supporting the macOS community. We mange many Mac's with JAMF and the simplicity to manage Mac's is great

Nothing it works well to our needs. We appreciate the fast tech support and the ability to source answers from JAMF nation their conferences are next level as well

For us it's solving our need for device management and BYOD in our organization

The management and integration capabilities now with our device diversity is exciting.

Nothing at the moment. We're just going our feet wet but enjoying so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Jamf Pro on a daily basis as a PC Tech and I love how easy and seamless it is to manage our devices. It's an easy way to manage and view all pur devices in our fleet

Would love an easier and more granular way to pull reports

Managing our Mac fleet across our University campus and making sure we're up to date and meet security policies

Ease of use from an end user perspective. Capable of managing the decentralized environment I work in very well.

Scripting is not my strong suite so I do not leverage a lot of the platforms capability

I like the app catalog. Not having to package popular apps is great.

We are 1 instance with multiple sites and sometimes we have issues with that.

Jamf Pro is a powerful tool that allows you to manage apple devices with granular control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Jamf can feel overwhelming without adequate training. While much of it is intuitive it does have a solid learning curve if you are approaching it without fireball training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro allows for managing a fleet of iPads across a large college campus. This includes deploying custom built iPad software.
