All needed systems rolled into one
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have patch management, vpn, remote access, and more all in one product
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is considerable, otherwise the new UI has become much better

It's solving a consider number of my problems, it helps enable zero touch deployment for all users, and allows for more precise Pach management
Very powerful tools that cover the Mac management gambit

I like that there is literally a tool available for anything you need to do to manage a Mac ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zero dislikes currently. My only concern is the learning curve seems to be steep.

We are exploring ways to manage the growing Mac population at our university

Simple and easy to manage our district fleet, update devices, deployment.

Have not found any displikes yet, I would need to learn more

I wish I was able to handle Windows because the windows management is a lot more difficult

We use jamf at our 100% apple company. We love using zero touch deployment for its ease of use. App deployments are easy, and the new UI that was announced is very exciting!

What do you like best about the product?
Configuration profile deployment and management. Allows deployment of a single app or multiple apps to several devices. Also allows single app mode or kiosk mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove Apple ID in Jamf for district owned devices. The process to get those devices reclaimed by the district making those locked devices available for deployment

App management and app deployment. Device inventory, and locating lost devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The seemelss use of managing devices. I manage over 10,000 devises in the school district I am at, and the ease of access for staff student and admins is the best thing

Nothing at all. We use it so much and have so much use out of it that we have yet to come across something that we do not like. To would love for support to respond faster if anything

They are helping us manage devices inside and outside of the buildings. Covid helped us use jamf more and move around to manage things together and getting students and staff prepared

The ability to control our fleet of mobile devices and computers. The management commands and configuration profiles let us control things easily

Ebooks seem to be buggy from the app store

Locking down devices that have not been returned. Seeing when the devices last communicated to the system so we can track them. And overall management
