What do you like best about the product?
I like the Self Service functionality. It saved us a lot of time on deployment and app distribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product and technical support are good so there is nothing to dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use, wide array of management options, speed!

Lack of built in remote management functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage our MAC fleet. Now that we have migrated to the JamfCloud, management is that much easier.

Modern and reliable product

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to manage apple products. Because of Pre Staging we saved a lot of time when setting up macs.

We got on board by having two Kickstart days with a great Jamf employee who helped us to set the basics up so we can start using it as soon as possible. With that we managed to roll out our first macs to employees within a few weeks.

Jamf is also listening to feedback from the community and implements new features on a regular basis. Updates are also done automatically when using their cloud offering which is great.

We are close to on-boarding every employee of the company and feedback so far has been great! Especially the Self Service App was praised a lot since employees can install packaged software and get useful links to important company tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface is sometimes a bit confusing and the Admin Tools look dated. But that is something i can get used to and the Admin Tools will probably be updated for the Big Sur release.

Sometimes Pre Staging can be a bit buggy with some mac models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up systems. Sending macbooks directly to employees without having to ever see / touch them. Really useful for a Home Office environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards -Gives overall high level insights of the whole environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading packages to Cloud distribution point is challenging some times but JAMF is actively working to improve the experience for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it for managing macOS devices and in process of implementing JAMF connect and Intune integration to provide better employee experience and at the same point protecting enterprise data

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest feature is the flexibility to use Jamf in enterprise and educational environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don‘t know anything. If there is a feature at the Moment, the Great Jamf Team is working on it while delivering continuous updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage 4.500 educational iPads, about 250 Macs and a few hundret mobile devices in our enterprise environment with ease.
Those such big and great management possibilities at such a low price.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a great Apple Management tool, which is easy to handle, Jamf Pro is the Right Tool for you. It is very scalable and flexible for your environment. It is also great in educational environments while getting more features from Jamf school.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, ease of deployment, only solution we found that actually works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with machines having previous profiles setup recording the FV key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually being able to set policies on a Mac, which previously we didn't have the capabilities to do.

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF's ability to segment groups of devices based on device criteria, current user details, and compliance factors are top-notch. I've been using JAMF for about nine years and use it every day. I am able to easily deploy apps and ebooks to students and faculty.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish JAMF had a built-in inventory system. I had to build my own, but it would be easier to manage (serial numbers and other device details, user details, status of a device that may need to be repaired, etc.) if everything was housed within one product since I wouldn't need to connect the database between two products, or use spreadsheet export/import processes. If their system included a built-in inventory system, all data would remain updated in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the sole iPad administator of a small school, deploying and managing over 600 devices would be a nightmare without a reliable mobile device manager. JAMF Pro has saved so much time in provisioning and deploying devices that I'm able to work on several other projects outside the original scope of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Day-one support for Apple releases, and new MDM-spec additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf doesn't seem to focus on adding smaller features that users request, that would greatly improve Jamf Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting large rollouts of macOS and iOS devices, with minimal overhead and day-to-day problems.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to manage all our Apple devices, and it does a dam good job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiccups and product defects in the workflows when upgrading to a newer version/build.
PI issues pertaining to certain workflows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management! Software and Hardware inventory, compliance and software deployment and patching. it gives us visibility of our fleet globally. And most of all device provisioning.

What do you like best about the product?
Groups, fluid and static. The ability to configure granular settings. Access from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization of home screen for iOS/iPadOS is poorly configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a solid MDM solution we would not be able to deploy and manage our fleet and provide the level of support we offer to our users.
