Feature requests are always considered and it's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike about JAMF, could be pricey, but definitely worth it.

Mostly touchless deployments and reimages of macOS devices and 100% zero-touch iOS deployments.

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF is easy to use. I like the diversity scoping brings to the table allowing multiple combinations for creating groups, policies and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I do not have any dislikes with JAMF Pro as I am still new to using this. I do however would like to see a way to take Jamf courses 200 and up for individuals who would like to become certified and learn more without the endorsement of an employer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I work in an environment that uses Jamf for iPad management only. The use of smart groups make it easy to control policies down to a specific device without having to manually add them. This also helps with future changes with the fleet and getting the correct policies and apps assigned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Love the product, can't wait to learn more.

Enrolling new laptops. Everytime I call for customer support they take the time to make sure I understand and they also send me emails to keep in touch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need help with anything regarding this software the support team is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help.

Jamf Pro

What do you like best about the product?
It just works! Being able to send out a policy in one go to multiple of devices is a breeze. It saves so much time then having to go to each device to download or enter in a password. Using Jamf Pro has made it possible for our users to have a seamless experience when using their devices. The app Self Service comes in handy for the users to install apps or access documents that have been approved by the administration. Also, the community from Jamf Nation is a valuable resource to use. You can find scripts or pose questions to others on Jamf Nation as well as voting on feature requests. Anytime there have been questions or concerns the Jamf customer support has always been extremely helpful. Overall, I would recommend Jamf Pro to any company or school that wants to manage their Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! So far my experience with Jamf Pro has been very positive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using an MDM like Jamf Pro has helped me send out hundreds of apps to devices in a matter of minutes! I can't say enough about how much time Jamf Pro has saved me. I do not have to be in front of someone's device in order to install or delete apps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The simplicity. The scalability that it offers and delivers on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at the end of the day dislikes are going to vary..... I don't have any particular dislike that stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be taking a school district that has not had an Apple presents in 10+ years and delivering 25,000 iPads and 2,000 MacBooks within the next 6 months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test drive the product. See in in action. Put it up against the competition.

The product speaks for itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Layout and design is intuitive and makes it easier to administrate devices, create groups and apply configurations throughout the entire infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some better dashboards and deeper views of relationships because of nesting rules could get complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Macs and iOS devices in a single console with ease of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it and have recommended it in the past before I was even a user.

Jamf - Pinnacle of MDM Solutions for Apple Products

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf offers many different tools to help manage your Apple computers and devices. One of the best and easiest to use within Jamf is the Configuration Profiles. With the configuration profiles IT support teams can create customized experiences and access for their users on their company or school devices. Are a school district and use Jamf Pro Cloud to support our roughly 10,000 devices and computers across our entire district. We have build out profiles to control the experiences for all levels - from Admins down to the students. Using the different payloads we have created profiles for device and computer restrictions, notifications, content management, app access ,etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to "push" an update command for configuration profiles is not there currently and would be extremely helpful. We have a profile that puts user and device name info on the lock screen to help quickly identify devices and I have found that if a device is reassigned in Jamf that info does not update with the new username and device name unless I "edit" the profile and save it telling it to apply to all devices within the scope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have roughly 10,000 devices and computers within our district that we need to manage. Using Jamf Pro allows us to very easily manage all those devices and computers. Instead of having to touch each individual one we can send any number of MDM commands or gain remote access to a computer to quickly make a change or resolve an issue. As we have fine tuned our Jamf configuration we are finding that we can easily assign and identify what devices belong to what user. We also leverage Incident IQ along with Jamf, which offers the ability to sync info from Jamf into our inventory showing all our Apple assets simply and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jamf is the ultimate MDM solution for Apple products as they work closely with Apple to develop and test the necessary features for their software. Jamf is also one of the more pricy solutions so make sure you need the level of control Jamf Pro offers and a number of devices and computers to make it worth the price. If you have the need though, absolutely go for Jamf Pro and you won't be disappointed.

Small School with Big Needs!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the immediacy of Jamf. Teachers can request an app and have that app show up in class in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf is very technical and a lot of time I am in over my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When dealing with iPads in an elementary setting, I love that I can remotely update and scope apps, all from my phone or an iPad if need be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jamf can be very technical but customer support has been great. Once you get into a groove of "just using it", it is a great product for, in my case, iPad management. Jamf has been a life saver during distance learning!!

Easy to view & manage all devices in a single glance!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced no downsides of using Jamf Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set up multiple instances within our organization, so that different departments or different business needs, can be managed independently of each other.

The best tool to choose

What do you like best about the product?
The whole process of employees got new hardware, want new software etc is getting cleaned up. I can easliy configure the device before the "customer" gets it, jamf performs zero touch deployment at its best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes work on a policy or something else, hit done in the bottom right corner and all changes are erased because I didn't click on save on the opper right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Jamf, we had simple and difficult operations that we had to do individually and individually on each device. With jamf, we can solve all of the previous problems centrally without having to do a lot of work.
