What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very intuitive and easy to use

Sometimes it's slow loading the page especially when single sign on is implemented

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of the system. It is intuitive and well designed. The Jamf support community are always willing to help and the new features and developments are always exception.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to fudge third-party developments into the system to get it to do what you want it to do. Though these often work well, there is often extra development to get them implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Apple devices has always been difficult and users of Apple devices often don't want their devices managed because they fear that it will restrict their working. Jamf manages devices exceptional well, almost to a point that users don't realise their device is managed.

Jamf pro enables me to do my job where i couldn't with any other solution.

Patch management needs improving. This is lacking

The power of extension attributes and being able to create smart groups for policies is simply brilliant.

I was introduced to Jamf 4 years ago and it does amaze everyday I work on it!

I guess patch management could have a bit more features and applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying a full build and updating apps regularly.

Get on it sooner rather than later

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of zero touch deployment. Ability to keep device secure while keeping usability. I use it for enterprise Mac. It is simply the most seamless MDM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's a great MDM platform. They add new features you didn't know you needed every year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual hands on configuration being required. It's cheaper as you need less time to set up devices. We are more productive. Performance has increased for sure.

I like it due to the ease to manage inventory and patch management system.

Outdated look and feel of the JAMF menus.

The personal unlocking key is too long and sometimes doesn't seem to work.

If a laptop is stolen we're able to lock & wipe it so no confidential information is leaked.

their support team is second to none, every time I have had an issue their support team has been supportive and on hand.

JAMF Pro is resolving the connectivity between the end-user and IT team within the company, we can build a better relationship with the users by providing a service that is simple and easy for them to understand.
