Jamf is best in class!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is second to none. The zero day support is one of their best feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The new support model is not nearly as good as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is handling all of our Mac OS management. We can provide near parity with windows because of Jamf

Security, zero touch deployment

It can allow a single admin to manage an entire fleet worldwide.

Reporting features need improvement, and there's a slow implementation of highly ranked feature requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management and configuration of multiple thousand devices by a single admin. Providing non-removable controls that Apple only allows by an MDM now.
Wonderful software, even better community
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, the community behind it. As an MDM I recon Jamf is the best in class but the community behind it just makes it perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use some work but I guess that's resolved in version 11.

It helps us manage our Mac fleet easily and effortlessly.

We use jamf to manage Mac computers and iPads. This has helped keep our devices up to date on OS version and patches

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the customizable options for managing devices and computers. As a new user to it, it's simple to learn if you have genuine interest in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like having to use nudge but now that we have JAMF 11 I don't think it's so much of an issue.

Managing 70k+ devices in such simple ways. It really does make it so much easier and helps a ton.
Moved from on prem to cloud. A few bumps but things are looking up.

Jamf Pro makes automating management for macOS accessible.
What do you like best about the product?
The community of users for Jamf is amazing. Jamf Nation particularly has been helpful both on the forum and also on the MacAdmins slack. People are genuinely excited to share their knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a feasible method of source controlling Jamf configuration. In environments where IAC is required, setting up a meaningful process requires relying on third party integrations mani trained by community members such as the Jamf Terraform provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us meet our compliance and security needs by providing a user friendly way to deploy MDM profiles and commands. It also provides a framework for automation.

Deploying my applications to shared devices in an efficient way!

That there were no remote session capabilities, but that has since been resolved!

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf has many features that are more advanced and intuitive than competitors I have used. Their support, jamf nation, and ease of navigation within the console have made my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty of obtaining logs when actions/commands are done to a device such a who made the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staging, managing, troubleshooting end user devices remotely. Quickly providing a solution to our user's needs and desires while working on aircraft.
