Mix of Technical capabilities and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It can support complex product bundling features with constraint rules and nested bundle configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service at times is too laggy and inconsistent system performance leads to frustrated end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Express quotes with proper approval workflows and contact life cycle management turned to be saving time in delivering order forms to the client.
How to make easy to setup products and their price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage Products setup.
Also easy to handle thair price on different createries.

Currency conversion dosend work properly when we put discount on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes product setup and configuration much easier. It also helps me display different prices for the same product based on various criteria.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps a lot when it comes to automation and looking/searching through the bunch of data available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it needs a really hard training for those who will manage this. It may be easy to some others, but it kindly picky to adapt to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to look in detail at the price and changes of a certain item, throughout a wide dataset.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga brings lot of ease and flexibility in managing life insurance qoute management process. We are integrated conga to our salesforce crm application
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga lags bot in technical support, product documentation. Since resources are limited implementation cost is getting high and operational cost spikes up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We using Conga in integration with salesforce crm to enable quoting of insurance plans

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and can directly generate contracts from the pipeline through integration with the CRM. Convenient to use every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to generate the contract and might sometimes not work out as efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced pricing and discounting, Integration with Salesforce,Document Generation, Good Customer Support, Easy to use

Performance issues, Customization challenges, Expensive license cost

It creates consistent and error free quotes. It generates quotes very quickly. Reporting is easy to provide analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
It is ease to use and to integrate, Conga CPQ integration with Saleforce and Other Cloud-based platforms are seemless. It allows us to be customized to suit our business needs and is flexible in creating our personlaised carts , configurations etc, Conga CPQ is easy to implement your custom business usecases.
Conga/Apttus CPQ is highly configurable and allow us to adapt the s/w to their unique product offerings and sales process. Conga provides Product documentations, they are avialble on Conga customer portals, we like the available user manuals to gain knowledge on the products and Conga university allows us to acquire knowledge on the products , trainings and cretication programs are availble to get trained on their products . Our sales process has been improved with the enhanced proposal management. Conga has good customer Support and developer resoures to assist us to implement our business requirements. Our Sales team frequently use CPQ components on daily basis to place orders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Services team would have more responsive and reliable to offer customized solutions. The Conga CPQ trainings are hgh level, which don't cover all the features. There are few integration limitations, for such requirements we reach out to other third-party systems available in markets.

It is easy to integrate with salesforce and other cloud-based paltforms seamlessly. It allows us to be customized to suit our business needs and is flexible in creating our personased templates etc.,

Generally the ease of use, it integrates well with our current custom platform build.

I think we have a lot of room to grow, I don't think we are taking advantage of the knowledge base and trainings to make sure we are taking full advantage of the conga options
