Accurate CPQ Pricing & Margin Visibility that Streamlines Quotes
What do you like best about the product?
The product catalogue preparation and the variety of features for Unit, Sell, and Matrix pricing—along with the ability to distinguish margins directly on the cart—make it much easier to review pre-pricing and invoicing details before finalizing the order into a quote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the refresh rate of the Order CPQ web page becomes an issue, especially during long waits when the products in the cart remain stagnant for more than 5 minutes. In those cases, it can feel like the price calculation hangs. It also seems to depend on the web browser’s cache memory and how the conga product accumulates cache over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pricing and quote creation become much easier thanks to quick access to catalogue categorisation and the ability to recalculate prices directly within the cart list, rather than only seeing the final total at the end—when it’s harder to rebuild the cart if any changes are needed.
Highly Flexible and Customizable, But Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Conga CPQ for its flexible structure with a large level of customization that tackles most real-world use cases. I also like Conga's design and the flexibility to set up the product to handle various use cases. One of my favorite features is the field expression because it is real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga should provide control over PCB calling and the cart configuration UI should be better. Every product requires clicking on a setup icon and setting attributes, whereas providing a mass attribute update feature OOB would help. We faced challenges in migration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CPQ to streamline product quotations by reducing SKUs through attribute-based pricing and manage multi-level approvals for high discount deals.
Conga CPQ: Easy Implementation, Rich OOB Features, and a Clear, User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently worked on both Salesforce and Conga CPQ for different use cases in my organisation. Conga CPQ stands out in almost all the areas like ease of implementation, number of OOB features, easy to integrate with different external tools and very easy to use and understandbale. It offers great UI to set up complex products and its attributes, and easy CART UI that give you a clear understanding on discounting and final pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only big disadvantage is the time taken by Conga to fix the product bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our major road blocker was to go for a full revenue solution that Conga resolved for us. We are now using the whole revenue solution from CPQ to CLM to Order managements integrated with their conga SIgn. This has reduced the overall cost and efforts for us.
Flexible Conga CPQ That Fits Our Business Use Case and Integrates Easily
What do you like best about the product?
In BSC, we are able to achieve the desired business use case with Conga CPQ. Specifically, CPQ is very flexible and can be integrated easily with our internal database and Conga's own platform. All the custom code is stored easily in one place on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we are very happy. Sometimes, we have seen outages in services which can be improved proactively by the Conga team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our offers/tenders using Conga CPQ. Since we went live, we have seen very few bugs in the system, our process has improved, and we are getting fixes for every issue in a timely manner from the Conga team.

Overall, the setup feels overly complex, and rule processing is slow.

Excellent Conga CPQ Sales Team: Quick, Professional, and Transparent
What do you like best about the product?
The Conga CPQ Sales team is truly excellent. During our purchase of Conga CPQ, we reached out to the Conga Sales team with our requirements, and they provided a concise demo while also clearly explaining some current limitations of CPQ with large cart, along with plans to address them in the future. All responses from the Sales team were quick, professional, and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales team promised that the large cart limitations would be resolved in the near future, but those limitations are still present and stopping us to close large deals on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the help we got from Conga CPQ sales team we were able to choose a perfect product with necessary customizations on top of it for our end user. Sales team also trained our internal users with their CPQ knowledge making our team better at Conga CPQ. We utilize it for Quoting large carts for our important clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the promotions and incentives feature in Conga CPQ. It allows our customers or businesses to select products for a particular time, getting better benefits or profits from them. This feature helps improve or increase our overall revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we were implementing Conga CPQ's promotions and incentives, the UI sometimes isn't very useful, and users get confused. They often need to refer to the documentation, which sometimes isn't that helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ helps us create product price lists, manage product attribute and constraint rules, and handle promotions and incentives. We expect it to resolve our seasonal selling issues, improve revenue, and increase efficiency and customer retention.
Conga CPQ Makes Quoting Straightforward and Consistent Inside Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ has made quoting much more straightforward for our sales team. The system guides users through product choices and pricing so they don’t have to guess or calculate things on their own. It applies the right rules automatically, which keeps quotes consistent and avoids mistakes. Because it works inside Salesforce, everything stays in one place and is easy for reps to use. The support is very responsive since we have deployments frequently related to on going deployments every week we get the help we need from conga team 24/7
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up products, pricing, and rules takes time, especially when there are many variations. For administrators, it requires planning and testing before changes can be rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Conga CPQ, a lot of quoting was done manually, which led to delays and errors. Now the system handles pricing logic and validations, so quotes are more reliable and can be created faster. This helps the sales team focus more on selling and less on fixing issues.
Reliable CPQ solution for enterprise Salesforce teams
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ gives our sales team a clear and guided way to build accurate quotes, even for complex deals. It supports bundles, custom pricing, discount rules, and multi-region pricing without relying on spreadsheets. The Salesforce-native experience makes it easy for users to stay in one system while configuring deals. It also works very well with Conga Composer, CLM, and Approvals, which allows a smooth flow from quote to contract. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very flexible, which means setup and configuration can take time, especially for organizations with detailed pricing and approval rules. New users and admins need some training to fully understand how everything works.

Conga CPQ replaces manual and spreadsheet-based quoting with a controlled and automated system. It ensures pricing rules are followed, approvals are captured, and quotes are accurate across regions and teams. This has reduced errors, improved deal turnaround time, and increased confidence for sales reps when working with customers.
Conga Support Log Access Makes Debugging Faster and Self-Service
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Support now has the functionality to enable their managed package logs for us, so instead of connecting with them every time, we can simply ask them to enable the logs and debug the issue on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Conga case creation portal, which is built on force.com, is really slow and asks many questions. Even for raising an S1 case, we are required to fill in numerous details, taking around 15+ minutes just to raise a case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working with Conga Support on our issues for a very long time, and the support they provide is truly amazing. When we raise a Conga case, they reach out to us via Teams chat and connect with us. We explain the issue to them, and they note everything down and send us a meeting summary. Based on the urgency, they resolve the issue either on the same day or within a week and share a summary of the issue along with articles that help us understand how it was resolved.
