What do you like best about the product?
This tool has helped us handle our large volume of daily tenders and offers quickly and efficiently. It has streamlined our processes and made it easier for us to work in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any application, pricing issues can sometimes be challenging to resolve right away, and they may take longer to address compared to other types of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ has been beneficial in managing our large volume of offers and tenders, as it improves the user experience, streamlines the approval process, and makes our workflows smoother overall.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the way Conga handles their integration with other products. For example, to integrate DocuSign with Conga CPQ, they provide a UI named Configuration Home, where we can enter all integration details and complete the process with a single click. This is why we love Conga—they understand how to make processes simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand that Conga releases new features, but the initial documentation for these features is not good, and every time we need to understand how to use them, we are required to reach out to Conga Support. They need to improve their documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ and the support we receive for this product from the Conga Technical Support team are really good. Conga is putting so much effort into releasing new updates three times a year for CPQ with new and cool features. Conga provides CPQ integration with CLM and other products such as DocuSign and Adobe for sending quote documents, and integration with drives such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox to store the accepted documents securely.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Conga CPQ for configuring products and applying complex pricing and discount rules, which results in accurate quote generation. It really helps our sales team build faster quotes and enforces pricing governance and approval workflows. I like its strong support for complex product configurations and pricing rules, which gives our sales team the flexibility they need while maintaining pricing and approvals. I appreciate the integration capabilities with Salesforce and downstream systems, along with the automation on approvals and quote generation, as it helps standardize the quoting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring and maintaining more complex rules takes time. The flexibility comes with a learning curve, especially as configuration grows more complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CPQ to configure products, apply complex pricing and discounts, generate accurate quotes, automate approvals, and standardize the quoting process. It solves manual quoting issues, pricing inconsistencies, and errors in complex deals, while integrating seamlessly with Salesforce.

I really appreciate how simple it is to deploy new enhancements for the application, as well as the overall user experience and interface.

Occasionally, we encounter data issues in our cart, but thanks to the support team, we're able to resolve them quickly.

CPQ has provided us with a centralized platform for creating all our offers. Previously, we had developed a separate application with another vendor, but that solution led to numerous issues and frequent bugs, often causing significant blockers for our team. With CPQ, our business can now work more efficiently and with greater ease.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Conga CPQ is its capability to manage complex pricing, configuration, and approval logic, all while maintaining seamless integration with Salesforce. What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging with Conga CPQ is the complexity that comes with both configuration and ongoing maintenance. Making changes to pricing rules, approval workflows, or integrations typically demands significant technical expertise, which can make updates slower than expected. Additionally, troubleshooting problems can be a lengthy process because the platform offers limited built-in debugging tools. In environments with extensive customizations or large volumes of data, I have also noticed that performance can be affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ solves the challenges of managing complex product configurations, pricing, discounts, and approvals within Salesforce. It replaces manual and error-prone quoting processes with automated, rule-driven workflows, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance.

For me, this results in faster quote creation, fewer rework cycles, and improved confidence in the quotes being generated. It also provides better visibility into the quote-to-cash process, making collaboration between sales, finance, and operations more efficient and reducing overall turnaround time.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ is a great tool and the features it provides are really practical and useful. We love their collaboration request feature, where we can have a single configuration but multiple people can collaborate, and at the end the configuration gets finalized and generated. The way Conga handles this with smoothness is truly amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like Conga's documentation around the features they have. They have good features, but their documentation lacks necessary configuration details with good examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use and work on some of the best Conga CPQ features, such as Asset Operations, Product Collaboration, document generation, API support, and many more. We love using these features and love how fast and smooth they are.
