Effortless Accounting Integrations, Minor Admin Navigation Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless connections between accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online and Intacct. It's easy for me to reconcile balance sheet and profit&loss accounts to my account reconciliation files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the admin settings, but as long as you know where to find what you need, it's pretty easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Reconciliations and Easy Review SignOffs
Keeps Me Organized with Seamless Sync and Timely Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it syncs to the Shared Drive and it helps me stay on track with all my tasks in one spot! I love the email notifications when something is due soon or when something is ready for review!
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - currently no dislikes about floqast!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast helps me stay on track and has become my to do list for every month end close and every quarterly close. It organizes via tags that I can use to filter out which tasks I'd like to prioritize. Rather than having a physical to do list, a manager can comment directly in a task and it helps me have a digital trail
User-Friendly with Excellent Support, But Pricey and Missing AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to set up. Great customer service. User interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bitexpensive. Lacks AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines the account rec and close management process.
AI-Driven Tools Enhance Efficiency and Explanations in Flux Analysis and Reconciliations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI-integrated tools used in the Flux analysis. They can really help generate a general explanation to start from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Refreshing certain reconciliations can be very time-consuming, which may cause delays in sign-off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps to take the pain out of reconciliations, which frees up more time to tackle complex accounting issues. I wish our team utilized it for more of our Flux analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything the close checklist t recs to the additional offers. It straemlines and documents work for accountants

Sometimes it can be buggy or error out at the worst times

Streamlines work, documents process, had an audit trail and maintains close records
Easy to Adapt, Multiple Access Options—Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple ways to access all of my information. ex: folders, checklists, description, assigned to me. Not to mention how easy it was to adapt to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I truly dislike since we have been tweaking it for our first 3 months. I only look for it to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast defines what month end looks like, so we don't have to manually log, save, create, email and last of all dig for auditors. They can find it themselves!

What do you like best about the product?
I find FloQast to be incredibly beneficial for organizing my work through its dashboard, which keeps my tasks streamlined and helps maintain clarity in my role. The reconciliations within Flowcast are a particular favorite of mine, ensuring that everything aligns neatly and efficiently. The end-of-month processes are another crucial aspect where FloQast excels, making an otherwise tedious task straightforward and manageable. The integration with QuickBooks Online is seamless, further simplifying the accounting and workflow management experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the new month to roll out sooner than the first day of the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps keep my job organized with its dashboard and reconciliations, improving my workflow and end-of-month processes.
Great Checklist Feature, But Reconciliations Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a checklist where I can keep track of everything I need to do and physically cross them off when done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reconciliations can be a pain to use sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Variance analysis is a good tool and replaced an antiquated system we had before it.

It helps keep our department on time with our tasks.

You have to look in certain areas for certain tasks. There's probably a better way to search, but for me that's what I dislike most.

We use it for our monthly end of accounting term tasks.
FloQast Keeps Our Team Organized and Streamlines Accounting Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about FloQast is how it helps me stay organized by displaying all my weekly tasks in one convenient location. I can easily sign off on tasks once I’ve completed them, which notifies my manager that everything is ready for review. If any questions arise regarding my tasks, FloQast allows me to add comments directly. One of my major month-end reconciliations is linked to FloQast, and since it integrates with Excel, I can sign off on the task when the reconciliation balance falls within the acceptable threshold, signaling to my manager that it’s ready for review. I also use FloQast to comment on month-over-month variances. Our organization is working towards making FloQast the central hub for all our accounting procedures, and it truly helps everyone on the team stay organized. We rely on FloQast daily. Implantation was easy and customer service is always available and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with any software, there were some learning curves when I first started using Floqast. However, once I became familiar with it, the platform proved to be very easy to use. I also find it quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast keeps everything is one easy to use dashboard. It helps communication between myself and my manager as well.
