Floqast Easy and Adds Value
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very good program to ensure the organization checklist is properly maintained and ensures accountability. Very easy to use and the team works closely with your organization to resolve any issues and improve function. Online access is a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the entire department to be on board and iron out the functions to closely tailor to the company requirements takes time with the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checklist compliance. Ensure projects are completed on time. Track whether projects have been completed/reviewed.

If you need a superb organization tool to keep track of upcoming projects or a systemized checklist, this is the perfect product for your organization.

Auto-recs are super helpful! I just realized that we overlooked the Remind feature and the amount of time it saves.

FloQast has helped my team streamline the close process and identify gaps in our overall processes. Their customer service team is also top notch - they respond so quickly and are always willing to help!

I wish the files from the previous period would automatically rollforward for the next close period. However, if that's my smallest complaint, then I'll take it!

We have been able to identify accounts that we were not reconciling at month end, improve preparer/reviewer times and overall reduce our overall close timeframe.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about FloQast is that it keeps all aspects of monthly closed organized and is a great audit trail. The support team is also wonderful - always very responsive and willing to jump in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if CPE were offered for their trainings - although I understand that is in the works. Other than that, there are no negative things I can think of.

FloQast provides a great overall picture of the status of close so we no longer have to check in with each team member. It also is a great list so tasks are not missed between months.

I love the FloQast interface. It shows the information I need and all the data I require. For example, I can know the state of the company's finances with a simple glance. The visualization of each dashboard is intuitive, and I can navigate between them with ease.
I also like the performance of this program very much. It consumes very few resources, transitions between screens are fast and smooth, and data updates are instantaneous.

I think there is insufficient documentation for the program. Yes, it is easy to use, but if I want to start more complex functions, I have to contact support. So, the documentation is insufficient for me.
Another drawback is that sometimes the performance gest worse at times. For example, sometimes, reconciliations take several minutes to update, even if we have a good internet connection. I think this is a one-off problem with the version of FloQast we use, but I'm not sure.

Our finances are now in order. Doing month-to-month closures is now much more accessible. The financial reconciliations are clear and well explained.
Teamwork is also easy because there are beneficial functions in FloQast, such as making comments to make revisions and reconciliations, and my team can report their progress to me using this channel. This software allows us to have constant feedback.

Keeping finances in order is a must for any business. FloQast can help enterprises to accomplish this goal. My recommendation is to have an accounting expert oversee the results that this software gives and lead the tea in charge of doing the reconciliations and financial closures.

Everything we need to do for a month-end closure is in FloQast. As a result, every accounting change we make is correctly reflected in the balance sheet. It's incredible how accurately I can see how the reconciliation changes. And, if there's an error, it's easy to report it and change it.
Another thing I like is the simplicity and effectiveness of the program. It is easy to use, and only the necessary items are displayed on the screen, which allows me to concentrate on my work.
Collaboration is another advantage of this software. Thanks to FloQast we can work as a team in accounting. As a result, we have no communication problems, and we achieve a great workflow.

If you have to do too many reconciliations, you might take too long to approve one by one. Maby there should be a feature that streamlines this process.
Another aspect I don't like is that sometimes the performance worsens by a few seconds. It is incomprehensible that this happens because the hardware we use is powerful, and FloQast does not consume many resources, so I think it is a minor bug in the software.

FloQast is the most closure control product I have ever used. It is user-friendly, intuitive, and very pleasing to the eye. However, although simple, it doesn't become simple because it fulfills everything you could expect from this kind of application.

I like the way Floast works, but it is a bit slow in some cases. Overall, it's not cumbersome, but it takes a while to display reconciliations. In the worst case, we wait up to 10 seconds. It's not that a big problem because it doesn't as such interrupt the rest of the work, but it is inconvenient.

We use FloQast whenever we need to do month-end closings. otherwise, we use the software to slowly assing closing tasks because we have new customers every month. At this point, it is helpful to track the progress made.

FloQast is an easy-to-use and very intuitive software. Despite being slightly more expensive than others I have tried, it is worth it for its simplicity. I recommend using the trial version to manage all tasks related to the accounting area, use the reminders and do the closing with a single button.

What I love most about FloQast is its improvement. Finally, the passing of updates is getting closer to being a complete program, with more precise functions and more optimization.
The FloQast support team is always available to solve any doubt. Unfortunately, we've had a couple of mix-ups with the program, but the support has helped us within an hour.

I have not had any problems with FloQast, although it is true that I have not used any other similar product.

FloQast is our primary tool for organizing and tracking our close, and we do it in real-time. We use the software to extract all the general ledger and reconciliation files. In this way, we automatically see whether the accounts are well balanced or not.

FloQast does not have the function to assign priority to pending tasks. However, It won't be a problem as long as you order them according to how you want them to be done.
