Easy seamless month-end close
What do you like best about the product?
Nice user interface and organization makes close very simple to understand what I need to do. I enjoy the integration with NetSuite. I haven't used any other competitor so I can't comment on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say, I haven't used any other close product like FloQast but I don't see myself changing to any other software since this one is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to understand if my team is on-track for the month and the email alerts are frequent enough to remind me if I am late or missing something that I need to do. I think overall team efficiency and visibility for me as a manager to understand where my team is at is super helpful.
New to FloQast bur impressed
What do you like best about the product?
I find FloQast most helpful in organizing our close tasks. We have a lot of people involved in close, and it clearly delineates responsibility and assigns accountability. We are a better team because we use FloQast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning all the functionality. Sometimes I find it difficult to navigate between the home page and the review assignments. This is probably more of a rookie issue since I've just started to really dive into the power of FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our close process is more efficient and accurate because we use FloQast. We are starting to use FloQast to document our SOX controls, as well, and have been very happy with the ease of use.
Mostly good with a few improvements

1) The ease of Signing off on a task and adding a review note 2) Ability to add attachments 3) Reminders on tasks 4)
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Not being able to move one Checklist Item from one month to another 2) Limitation on Number of Tags 3) More custom columns like Category, Customer etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) SOX Controls 2) Month End Close 3) Tracking of Special Deals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Floqast is a multi use tool which can be used for multiple things and not only Close related activities. It is dynamic and easy to use!
Super easy to learn and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I had never used the software, and was able to pick up the functionality in very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That if you forget to mark a task completed on the day you do it, you cannot 'back-date' it to the proper date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of tying out to NetSuite. Awesome that it sends a notification when your recon goes out of balance (ie late JE posted you did not know about, etc.)

Do it!
Overall very good software.

The flux feature is very helpful. Also, the auto matching is great.

FloQast could be a little user-friendly.

Month end activities tracking made easier!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is an excellent tool to track and manage tasks and activities related to month-end or year-end. It eliminates the need to individually remind everyone of their pending list of items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site is slow to update, but other than that I have never come across any issues or concerns. It solves our primary goal of making month-end close more efficient and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before FloQast, it was difficult for us to track the month-end activities and to find out where we were at closing the month. It was easy to miss any item from posting. It reduces the time spent by the manager on manually checking all the activities with individual team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to reduce the manual tasks of tflkjfaldsfjakracking and managing every item then look no further and leave everything in the hands of the FloQast team.
FloQast streamlines our close process and helps us stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how FloQast allows us to assign out tasks to the team. It helps everyone stay organized and know when certain items are due. The reconciliation integration between NetSuite is also great so the reviewer can be sure that an excel reconciliation truly reconciles and if something changes causing a rec to fall out of balance, we are notified right away. We have also leveraged the flux feature to prepare a reporting package for leadership and identify any unusual MoM variances.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of tasks/reconciliations can sometimes be overwhelming. It would be nice to have a bulk signoff feature for certain areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast allows us to stay organized and keep track of how our close is progressing in real time. Our close process is much more efficient because of FloQast.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizes month-end processes in a simple and effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more customizable options to personalize the experience. I.e. showing my own colour themes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes month-end, so all the deliverables are met and in time.
Floqast- Close Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can update and track all items in a concise and organized manner with mapping that happens throughout the systems, so all you need is in one place. Tracking is auditable, so the records are well maintained.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't always a perfect solution for each and every way you want to track or reconcile, but the team does work with you to try and make sure all your needs are met as best as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking everything that has to happen in close can be daunting, and often times things can slip through. Everything we do every month is in one place, so its easy to stay on task and see the progress or close or any other task list.
FloQast is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is easy to use. It is user-friendly. It organizes the close process and our annual audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the reconciliation file is large, it is difficult to download. It is easier to access the file in the folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Excel to complete our reconciliations. The file was set up so only one user could be in the file at a time. It slowed our close process. We have used FloQast for our annual audit this year. We put the PBC list and due dates. We now have reporting on when deliverables have been provided.
