Best application I ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Checklists option & completed activities summary
What do you dislike about the product?
no major concerns seen, sometimes it shows no storage but its not a big deal, just refresh the page and go
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I had to keep supporting details for JE's in share folder(computer) and sometime its consuming to search files and chances of missing. FloQast made my job easy and keep good track on my accounting related documents likes emails, audit supporting.

Love using Floqast
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy use of the program and the task lists that are required to be checked off. This helps to not leave anything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made my work more efficient and being able to identify any differences in balances etc.
I also love knowing what needs to be done and what has been completed on a daily basis.

Drastic improvements to our close process.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to electronically track signoffs for month-end close procedures along with year-end audit purposes. Additionally, I love the fact that we are notified of changes to account reconciliations when the GL balance changes and causes the variance to change. We have moved from reconciliations taking almost a full month to complete to not only taking 10 days or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't currently support future or rollover review notes. Additionally would love the ability to assign flux analysis to individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual month-end close and reconciliation process. Drastically improving and shortening month-end procedures. We have moved from reconciliations taking almost a full month to complete to not only taking 10 days or less. We have also created significant efficiencies and become much more effective by being able to speed up the initial (Journal Entry and Review) phase of month end close. Our records are much more up to date, complete and accurate.

Ability to leave future or rollover review notes

What do you like best about the product?
It's the simple interface and assigning tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a bit more robust, not sure what I'm looking for that in particular but seems to handle the basics that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us with team and employee accountability but more important is that it is helping us realize what is important in terms of workload to be more efficient and see the strengths and weakness of the respective team member.

What do you like best about the product?
I love doing my recons in floqast, its so much easier and it made the close process much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the daily reminder emails. I also noticed sometimes the recon takes awhile to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like it when we upload a new TB and it tells us right away that the recon is out of balance. Its nice to know which one is out of balance right away.
Month End Accounting Success!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast greatly helped our month end reconciliation and smoothed out the details of our processes. Allowed managers to see where we are at on any given day and provides very fast information of actions that have resulted in GL changes. Has saved a lot of back and forth time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside, which is very minimal, is that emails continue to come showing status after month end has been closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreased stress for staff at month end along with verification that no steps have been missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Floqast has helped my team and I organize our task lists and really has helped better our communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Floqast has been very helpful over the past, however if I would change one thing, I would love to be able to list which items are of high priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication has been a solve in the past and benefits we receive is an organized way of checking on tasks as well as tracking/assigning tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the visibility into daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks. We also love it's ease of use. I am a staff accountant and manage the tool for the company. We also love that support is always extremely quick to respond to help us with any confusion we may be having.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love everything about FloQast. There is not one thing we have to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to use FloQast as a SOX control tool as well as a close management tool. We have granted our auditors access as well, granting them ability to access more information without coming to us directly. It has saved us time and provided organization.

How FloQast has changed our month end
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to leave notes so that next month we are not trying to figure out what we did last month
What do you dislike about the product?
Any time you update the trial balance and refresh anything that is out of balance I get hit with email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to understand what each number on our balance sheet represents. The benefits I have realized are we are closing quicker and able to to do flux analysis to see the changes month to month.

Sometimes there are minor Google Drive connection issues, but they can easily be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Electronic close software provides access any time, and makes it easy for auditors to use for testing purposes. Ability to add/modify existing characteristics, recs, and checklist items are user-friendly to do so.

If you want to digitize your month-end close process, FloQast is the right way to go!
