A helpful tool for month end.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to reconcile, user friendly interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate that well with Quickbooks Desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us see the status with all of our Operating Companies in terms of % of completion, rather than just asking where things are at

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor close and reconciliations from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to force a review of a GL account that is set up to automatically reconcile. If I set something to auto reconcile, I'd like to force a review of that account say every six months just so something doesn't live there perpetually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us one stop to monitor the progress of close and identify issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped keep our team on track and more organized. It was also easy to implement into our workbooks

I t would be great if the tasks had dependencies

It gives a timeline of when each task should be done and helps keep us on track with the reminders.
Organization made easy and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the my tasks and reconciliations are in one easy to manage place. I also like the live link aspect so if I reconcile something and ic comes out of balance I am notified and can make the apprpriate modifications in a timley manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about FloQast is the amount of push notifications I recieve from it. I would prefer to get a message once per day rather than multiple times through the day whenever anything changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reconciliations have become more detailed and accurate due to the usage of floqast. We previously used an account balance workbook that we would review before printing monthly finacncials where the balances often changed. I feel it is now easier to ensure the balance of my Gl's is where it should be and that I am making approiate entries to bring the balance to reconcile. I also find that floqast is solving our orginization issues helping us make sure we review every process and save time while doing it. I really like the linked documents and the time that they save me. I do not have to search though my file structure for every workbook I need to review. I simply click my link, if everthing is correct I can mark of that its been reviewed right then and there. If it is not correct or needs cleaning up I can leave a message right there on the spot that reaches team members and allows us to document the needed chenges.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has helped me so much at work. It helps guide me through my day and has been an asset to our company. I love the reconciliation feature that alerts me if any of the accounts I'm assigned go out of balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if FloQast had a way to stop you from doing a task before a previous one is completed. There are some tasks that we can't do until another one has finished. It would be neat if you could set up a dependecy schedule that locks later tasks until the dependent one is complete.

FloQast helps our team all be on the same page and work together a lot easier.
Love this software so far
What do you like best about the product?
Focuses in on the accounts that need your attention. Previously, we were using google sheets to track our reconciliation and month-end close processes. This has helped organize everything and really pushed the responsiblity of the account matching to NetSuite in my teams hands - I no longer have to pester them if something is out of balance! My team has said that it's made them be more thourough and on top of recons and deadlines. It's been great! The software is very straightfoward and user-friendly. Implementation and training were very good - implementation took a few hours total - less than I inititally thought it would. We did have some hiccups with our Sharepoint Integration, but it was on our end. Because we were having issues, FloQast scheduled a call with our IT department and we were able to get it fixed relatively easily after that. Our consultant, Alyson, has been top notch - so helpful, kind, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using it for our first month-end close, I have nothing bad to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our month-end close checklists out of google sheets. Previously, we'd record in google sheets what the recon amount should be and manually compare the amounts to NetSuite. This does that for us! It also notifies us if the account becomes out of balance and notifies the recon preparer where I, the reviewer, were having to keep track of that. Also, if the recon amount changes, it auto updates in NetSuite. No more going back and forth in our google sheet.
Floqast helps you to become more efficient and organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the balacing tab, it is very usefull that the system automatically pulls your balance sheet and with the ankers the balance on your subledger.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like to receive notifications that I have tasks due or overdue at 1:00 am in the morining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is providing a task list for close and all the analytics that comes with it. Then I use the reconciliations tab to work on all our different GL accounts to have them ready for our Financials Audit at year end.
FloQast 2024 Review
What do you like best about the product?
Nice Platform for saving & tracking the workflow with signoffs. Rehmann have transitioned to this being our main platform for my departments documents so I use it on a daily basis with all my clients. Was fairly easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really havn't found anything in FloQast that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had one issue with a client folder but between our IT department working with FloQast it was solved fairly quick.
Floqast is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can use negative workdays (offset days), I LOVE the Teams application where I can just send a message and have an instant to-do list. Its really helping keep track of re-occurring entries and invoices. We are getting more people on the application from my team and I see the potential, damn it's bright.
I can't wait to have more of my time back once it's all fine-tuned for my organization. Still learning the apps and add-ons that aid this software to it's full potential.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the Chrome browser add-on for dark mode makes Floqast nearly painful to read. It's one of few sites I have to switch back to regular because it's just not presenting legibly on some screens. I wish there were a more collapsable checklist. There's a lot on these checklists and I can only see 4 -5 items per scroll and I have a 27" monitor, just find it a bit annoying it can't be in a more condensed format.
