Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
user friendly and save more time on excel

speed and unable to open too many window at the same time

Amazing tool for Reconciliations and Controlling also Project Tracking/management
What do you like best about the product?
I like FQ because, being in a global environment, it was difficult to keep track of everything globally. Now, we have a dashboard for checklists and reconciliations, and we can add external projects like the annual one for one of our countries, so the global controller can review it without the need for an Excel sheet and with reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that even though it has integration with Slack, you can't set up a status alert for a specific channel, and we have to share it manually. For example, the entire global accounting team is in one channel, so it would be good to have a bot that shares daily progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global tracking and organization of reconciliations and closing tasks in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and customize, I like sign-offs and the fact that it is integrated with NetSuite. It has great visuals, and it is a great repository for support, notes and communication. They are always adding and improving, for ex. amortization schedules, Compliance Management module, etc. And I really like their Learning Center and Customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. I wish they would allow to add month folders before the beginning of the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, audit trail, organization of work including ability to add more detailed, step by step description of tasks. The checklist gets copied into next momth, so after initial setup it is just change management that needs to happen. As a result, I feel that we are better organized and informed about where we are at in the close process.

What do you like best about the product?
Daily Reconciliation process has been very handy and notification was a big tool if you balance was suddenly out or if I missed any of the tasks assigned. At least I'm confident the balance sheet reconciles every month. Floqast Remind was very useful as well. I haven't tried asking for support but I'm pretty sure the team are competent enough to answer queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to upload documents and duplicate notifications (via teams and email - unless I didn't know I need to turn off something)

Basically reconciliation and being a task manager

What do you like best about the product?
Great features, relatively easy to use, and reliable performance. I like that I can depend on Floqast to make sure my month end is completed timely and completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any "dislikes ". The set up process and implementation was not easy for us but their support and customer service helped alleviate the pain.

Assuring relative completeness and accuracy of the different areas of our financial statements
Game changer to our month-end process
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has changed our month-end process. It is great to keep track of outstanding items in our month-end process since our team is distrubted around the globe. The dashboard is super exceptional in keeping track of all the open and completed tasks and recons. FloQast has an exceptional support team and quick in responding to any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about FloQast. Hoping to see a more detailed customized report in the variance analysis piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has allowed us to reconcile our balance sheet recons and to keep track if anything is out of balance. This is super helpful in ensuring we our financials are accurate.

The ability to organize and maintain checklist for daily/monthly/annual tasks

There are too many extra things built in that are provided but not currently being utilized, this can affect the billing.

Great Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The team that has been assigned to us has been so helpful in each part of the process. From implementation to expanded services every step has been incredibly easy. Stepping into using FloQast is incredibly simple and we have put all of our repetitous and project tasks on this platform. We use this every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about FloQast. There is really nothing negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast was really important for making all of our processes uniform around close and having a central place to find our closing documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Live data refresh directly from accounting system
What do you dislike about the product?
Amortization and depreciation not having new additionsl directly fed, unlike autorec. Commentaries under variance analysis module only in plain text form, does not support screnshots/attachments where helpful since our team uses the report for presentation purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking for completeness of tasks and reconciliations. Before this, we had tracked everything on Excel.
