Great seamless experience to store all reconciliations in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everything in one place, with recurring tasks set to remind processes, and the link to NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor technical issues related to using Google Sheets vs Excel.

Efficient process management.

Easy Streamlined Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing each daily/weekly/monthly task on a timeline that can easily show shortfalls, inefficiencies, or simply inaccurate planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be better. Perhaps a more condensed look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily synched subledger support to FloQast and easy sync of our GL from our ERP
New Adopter to FloQast
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a checklist that is easily altered and refined. I also like being alerted when a reconciliaiton falls out of balance. The system also gives me greater visibility to what still needs to be done each month. Our implemtation manager has been outstanding with the support he has provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules are not as induitive as I would like. There has been a bit of a learning curve, but once you understand the process it gets much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me identify variances that I will need to explain, and has made our closing process faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and read. Good to track the progress.

It layout seem not to easy to navigate between each tasks.

Tracking progress of the month end tasks.
It helps significantly reduce close time and simplifies the task checklist.
What do you like best about the product?
The filters in Checklist and Reconciliations make it very easy to find my specific tasks and check them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the pop-up messages in Teams at 4:02 PM and 1:08 AM everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to see when an entry is made after an account is reconciled which helps me update the reconciliation quickly. Managers can see my close status without having to wait for an update from me.
It is super user friendly, the only thing i do not like that it does not accept huge files.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly user-friendly and self-explanatory. The transition process was swift and seamless, with no noticeable lag time. The integration of our files into FloQast went smoothly. Additionally, the visual deadline implementation is highly beneficial, making it easy to stay on top of assignments and avoid missing any deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the website generally functions smoothly, it does experience occasional lagging, which can be frustrating. Additionally, it's worth noting that the platform does not accept large files, which can pose challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate being able to view actual deadlines and comments in real-time, which enhances collaboration and keeps everyone informed.
FloQast is so much more than just a close software!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is created by accountants, for accountants. It solves many of our problems, makes processes more efficient, and gives us confidence in our accuracy. The FloQast team is responsive to our needs, and takes feedback and suggestions seriously. Implementation was easy and I love that NetSuite is integrated so we can refresh on demand. I use FloQast every day and it makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found many downsides with the FloQast. Anything that has come up has been minor, or they have provided a solution. For example, we wanted to have our variance analysis by GL, but grouped by individual departments. There is not a simple way to do this in FloQast, but their team built out settings and groupings to make it work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has given us a central place to go for information. This reduces time spent on emails and meetings. It also has given us confidence in our accuracy. I love that you can simply refresh and it will tell you which reconciliations need to be redone. The variance analysis has saved us a great deal of time since we no longer have to prepare and refresh in Excel.

It's simple and straightforward . Easy to use without much instructions.

Nothing much to be honest. It's just perfect.
