The reconciliation is made easy in Floqast.

Improved accountability for close
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is very helpful to determine task assingments, ensure all accounts are reconciled timely, and the support is there. It keep me organized and helps prioritize. It has been fairly easy to implement and it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is someone has to monitor accounts and changes and it has taken time. It would also be nice if the review comments rolled month to month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has helped us ensure all accounts are reconciled timely and if there is a difference it's shown as a reconciling item vs. glancing over it. It helps me understand all accounts on my property.

What do you like best about the product?
FlowQast is a great software that has significantly streamlined our workflow and collaboration processes. One of the standout features of FlowQast is its effortless setup, which had us up and running in no time. The clear and intuitive dashboard provides a real-time overview of task completion status, ensuring that everyone on the team is on the same page. Also, it is easy for the team to coordinate with each other. This functionality has saved us a considerable amount of administrative time, allowing us to focus on more value-added tasks. The ability to have a central location for approvals and updates has greatly improved our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the software is associated with the number of users for using the licenses, While the features offered by FlowQast are undoubtedly valuable, the cost may be a concern for budget-conscious organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most significant problems FlowQast solves is the separation of tasks between monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes. This clear demarcation ensures that the team is focused on the right tasks at the right time, preventing confusion and overlap. This also streamlined our workflow immensely, allowing us to maintain better control over tasks that are specific to each closing cycle. Additionally, FlowQast's ability to efficiently roll forward tasks from one period to the next has been a massive time-saver.
FloQast - Streamlining Accounting Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a great application to aggregate a companies accounting processes and workflows. FloQast prvoides wholistic visibility to all of the tasks, whom they are assigned to, when they are due, and a toggle to mark them as complete. You can also collaborate, leave feedback, and ask questions per each task. Reconcilations and Variance Analysis is extremley easy and is integrated perfeclty. FloQast is always improving the application and customer support is always willing to help. All-in-all, FloQast has the ability to uplift any accounting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I dislike nothing about FloQast. I encourgae the FloQast product team to keep up the excellent work!

Organizes accouting tasks and processes with added features such as collaboration, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
It's easy to track progress, and we can look at our team's performance month-over-month.
This is surley better than keeping a checklist in an Excel file or Word document.

FloQast is Accounting's best friend!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use is AMAZING! From setting up the system to actually using it was the easiest integration EVER (done by them)! Once on the system, its really simple to set up and start saving days on the Month End Close. From Checklists, Recons, FLUX, this is your one stop shop for everything you need for a speedy close. The cherry on the top has to be the great customer service reps, that are top notch! Email them if there is a bug... and its fixed. Really a joy working with them and I have used the system for almost 2 years. The constantly make updates (new features), which shows they care about what they put out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is managing Tax compliance, as Tax filings have reports, so would be great to have 3 dates for this (Deadline to complete report, Deadline to review, Deadline to File). Even with this, they have work arounds, which work, so this is more of a nit.

Quick & Easy Close Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was very easy to implement and integrate with our current accounting software. FloQast training materials were easy to understand, ultimately making the transition to FloQast very easy for all users. All reconciliations can be rolled forward and updated quickly, easily and frequently throughout the period. Complete transparancy between user and approver with email alerts and notes for each reconciliation give our team the ability to close quick to provide leadership with necessary information to make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
An automated rollforward feature would be helpful once prior period is closed. PPE & A/D tracker/reconciliation along with lease schedules would be helpful rather than using a separate file.

FloQast helps our team with workflow through transparancy of information and alerting staff in realtime.
Love the autorec function and prepaid amortization schedule in FQ
What do you like best about the product?
The document and the link/data sync between systems
The ability to tag the reviewer/add comment for their review and ability to close comment once we are all set with the task.

What do you dislike about the product?
The long wait or sometimes crash when we are reloading and reviewing variance analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving for bank recs, cc recs, and prepaid amortization schedule and monthly entry to upload to NS, balance sheet rec and closing the month overall. Love the rollforward feature.
Floqast Long Time User
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, great support team and easy to adminster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would prefer only one way to roll over files so that comments always roll forward. Not really a dislike though.

Central location for reconciliations, see progress of multiple entities.
Excellent tool that really does what it should: Makes Month End Closing easier and faster
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy UI. Reminders work perfectly and speed up the month end closing process
What do you dislike about the product?
Reconciliation can be improved. We are using NetSuite interface but somehow does not speed up our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly reduces the time for the MEC and notifies the colleagues that a task is complete so they can start working. This greatly improves collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating our reconciliations with an integration with our ERP has transformed our close.
We use it every day across Close and non-Close elements of our business.
Customer Success is excellent, and the system is easy to use and robust.

Our integration uses SFTP and so isn't as "live" as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're managing our period-end close, several operational cycles and our annual audit preparation through FloQast.
