What do you like best about the product?
Tool is easy to implement and easy to use. Has a lot of flexibility to keep your accounting/finance tasks in order
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lack of audit trail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides monthly checklist and flux analysis. Financial numbers are almost instant as it's connected to Netsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It effectively organizes checklist and reconciliation items in order to help me and my team CRUSH close. Great ease of integration with netsuite and we use monthly. Great customer support as well, as well as ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Its fantastic. I love this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing checklist items and reconciliation ease of creation and review.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast helps our team structure our work and spot any potential blockers at an early stage.
Reconciliation of GL accounts is much easier and more transparent since we use FloQast.
Accuracy of our monthly numbers improved and increased my comfort as a manager that we are reporting correct numbers supported by a proper backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us some time to incorporate FloQast into our routines, but it was worth the effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track status of projects including close and run analysis allowing visibility into areas for improvement or to highlight where you are doing good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add for this, love floqast and think it is a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of a close checklist, enabling us to be able to have visibility on a task level where things are at, who is responsible, and timing of this. Further we have leveraged it for overall flow management of payroll, of audit PBC's to ensure that are able to track progress and assign to respective team members from a PM perspective. Additionally we use it for reconciliations, and it helps us leverage excel vs having to utilize an entire new platform and system for our reconciliations.

Effective Tool for Our Close Process

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how hands-on the FloQast team is in supporting us. The team has quarterly check-ins with our team, and really makes us feel like our feedback is being taken into account. The suite of features offered have helped us streamline some of our processes and our whole team is able to implement the features easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features in FloQast feel like they are still in beta testing mode, and while I know the products are being improved upon, some of the issues that have arisen have greater downstream impacts that we anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps us monitor tasks and reconciliations; instead of having to maintain each section and chase down process owners for status updates, I am able to visualize everything at once. It also makes it easier for the respective process owners to summarize their processes and work with me easily to make sure everything is represented in FloQast.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a friendly user and you can use it's function with reconciliation and auto-email per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets bugged wherein you can't see those files you upload, but once you restart your pc or wait for a few mins it's there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us during monthly close, we can track our status and our list of tasks. It also automatically reconcile items on a monthly basis, you just have to know what to do with the files.

Game Changer for Month End Close

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a valuable tool that enhances our month-end close process by providing us with clear and timely insights into our progress, challenges, and opportunities. It seamlessly integrates with our existing workflow and enables us to monitor the completion status, identify the bottlenecks, and determine the optimal time for a soft close to generate financial statements. It also helps us to prioritize tasks and automate reminders, reducing the need for manual follow-ups and repetitive requests. We use FloQast on a daily basis and rely on it as the main source of information for our weekly meetings, where we discuss the week’s priorities and potential risks. FloQast is user-friendly and easy to implement, requiring minimal training and setup time. It also allows us to organize and reconcile our month-end working papers more efficiently and accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autorec feature for bank recs isn't as helpful as we had hoped. It relies on separate imports of of the bank uploads and the GL details with tweaking required to import properly. With accounts in multiple banks in two countries, it makes it a cumbersome process. . It makes more sense to do the reconciliation in Sage Intacct and then uploading the data to see the official sign-off for the audit trail, but that's still a lot of effort just fulfill that audit request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult to answer the question "where are we at with month end" prior to FloQast. Now we can clearly see exactly what has been done, what is still outstanding, and where we can improve our processes to prevent bottlenecks. We've been able to see that even after one month of using FloQast, we have already started to shorten the number of days it takes to close.

A User-Friendly Tool to Consolidate and Track

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility into various tasks, even those that aren't assigned to me. It helps me to manage my days better as far as what to prioritize. I also really enjoy the reconciliation feature because it helps me to keep track of outstanding items or things that may need to be written off/handled by a certain time period. Additionally, the Remind feature helps to ensure that I never miss collection of documentation and entries are submitted more timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small bugs when it comes to setting filters or saving documents, but otherwise, I thoroughly enjoy the platform and it has greatly helped me to organize my tasks daily, weekly, monthkly and annually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of monthly tasks and account variances. This is helping to ensure that we do not miss anything during our monthly processes so that monthly reporting is close to accurate and less changes are needed during the audits.
