Intuitive, user-friendly software that has streamlined our close.
What do you like best about the product?
The checklist feature is a great tool for all users to get an instant snapshot of where they are in close. I love the reconciliation feature, which offers a quick way to check if any recs have fallen out of balance. Customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if it was even more integrated into our ERP (Oracle). For example, if we could drill down into the details of the TB via FloQast. Sometimes we have to do manual TB pushes to FloQast by triggering it in Oracle -- it would be nice if there was a way to do that from within the FloQast software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem I had at other companies is, when last minute or unexpected entries were booked, there was not an automated way to identify which users needed to update reconciliations and flux comments. I love that FloQast automates the communication process to each accounting team member in regards to what is open or out of balance.

What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful implementation experience. Sydnee is very intelligent and quick to respond. Overall product is a game changer. Allison (Sales) was also perfect. I am excited to get the Compliance tool up and running. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far really. I do wish that the "to do" list was accross all "Tools" but that is coming according to my rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with our close enviroment and also bringing to light some of our weaknesses in how we look at our close. It also has increased our accountability visibility. You see your name in lights which is great.
FloQast Makes Life Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily transition my files to the next month with a few clicks of a button. It's so much easier having all my information, files, etc. accessible in one area. I can very quickly see what tasks need to be done or which accounts are not in balance. My days are so much more efficient!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of a thing that I don't like about FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a number of locations that I work with and FloQast makes my days so much for efficient. It is so much easier for me to keep track of tasks that need to be completed and the progress of each account I'm working with.
FloQast for Account Reconciliations and Month End Closing Checklists
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has been very helpful for keeping our team on track with our month end closing checklist. Being able to track items has helped our team streamline processes with dependencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast refresh times for running consolidated balance sheets are sometimes slower than anticipated. Each time an account reconcilation is updated, FloQast runs an entirely new balance sheet, which can take a while due to the number of companies we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us to identify when balances change after a reconcilation has been completed. Our company was previously using only excel for reconcilations, and sometimes a balance would change after a reconcilation had been completed and approved.
Extremely efficent and streamlines the close process
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using FloQast and I must say this software has reduce my workload by several hours each month. I also enjoy how it is organized and enables me to stay on track and easily allows me to see what is completed and what tasking remains outstanding on any given day. Plus, it makes the entire review process easier. What a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. It is user friendly and easy to learn how to use.

It has definitely streamlined the close process and makes the review process easier. It has resulted in a reduced workload.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast helped automate our checklists and reconciliations. It seems like it will be helpful in streamlining our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast seems to run very slowly when refreshing some of our companies, especially when we are trying to quickly close the books.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to streamline our processes by using automatic reconiliations and showing our progress on checklist items, which we previously did manually in Excel.
Great tool for tracking month end close.
What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to learn and use and I appreciate that it uses our existing Onedrive storage for housing the data and monthly reconciliations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that cost extra, which I would prefer to be included in the price. For example, we need to pay extra for using more than 2 auto amortization calculations. I also wish they offered a payment option of simply putting a monthly charge on a credit card insdtead of an annual payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was extremely helpful in moving our paper close process to a pure online solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep us organized and on task. It seems like if will be a useful tool for our company.

Very helpful system for our finance team to centralize checklists and reconciliations.
What do you like best about the product?
The very user friendly interface is great for our team as we are in a position where things are changing rapidly and constantly. The team was very helpful during implementation. We've been able to add visibility to close tasks and reduce close timing while increasing quality of tasks and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was an integration of FQ tasks/timing into calendar apps (Outlook/Google) so that team members can see everything in one central place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to FQ, close tasks were being tracked in separate excel trackers and close timing changed each month without central review of all tasks that were done. FQ helped centralize everything into one place and provide visibility into timing, tasks and reviews. The reconciliation feature has also given us full balance sheet coverage over reconciliations . This baseline understanding and tracking has allowed us to reduce close timing and identify more opportunities for efficiency.
