What do you like best about the product?
It's so simply & easy to implement. It took me 3 weeks last time.
It's by accountants, for accounts. Very easy to use and intuitive.

Floqast has made managing our Reconciliations and Close a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
The team really likes the interface, its clean and easy to use and very user friendly. It was also very seamless to integrate into our processes and SSO

Excellent product to drive productivity
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using FloQast for several months now, and it has helped us to gain deeper insights in our processes and to optimize them.
Support has been world class, and from the implementation down to the daily use, the team has been extremely helpful and always available. It was a very smooth process to integrate with our ERP Oracle Fusion, and we'll keep using and improving our timelines thanks to the package.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there are very few issues, and when a functionality is not exactly as we expect it to be, the team is always available and provides quick and hands-on assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps us to smoothen out and speed up our closings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of a checklist and reminder emails and the progress quickly and easily shown.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the reminder emails to include what is left in the checklist so you don't always have to log in to see what is overdue, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the mundane task of discussing a checklist with the group and already having things signed off on and quickly referred to for progress to make the team meetings more efficient
User friendly, great customer service and essential.
What do you like best about the product?
Saves an enormous amount of time, very easy to use, intuitive and the speed and quality of response is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. It would be good if it was more customisable. I have asked for an option for reconciliations to have a preparer monthly but reviewer quarterly, but this cannot be done.

Reducing the close period and making it much smoother and controlled.

Confidence in the Close Process!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that FloQast integrates with our ERP (Intacct) and immediately tells me if a workpaper or reconciliation falls out of balance. I like that it integrates with cloud storage solutions.
FloQast also helps me identify bottlenecks in our monthly close process.

What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast is great, I don't have any major concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard for me to know who is doing what and when it's due. It's also hard to ensure our workpapers and reconciliations tie to the GL. FQ solves both of these problems.
Reduced monthly close and increased visibility over the team's status and progress
What do you like best about the product?
We have noticed a significant improvement over our close process, and we only implemented Floqast about 6 months ago. The process of reconciling balance sheets, specifically, the system notifications for when an account falls out of balance, is super efficient and reliable. We no longer need to convert big workbooks into PDFs and digitally sign them, and instead can just attach the workbook and use the approval workflows in Floqast as evidence of review and approval. The flux analysis is also a great tool, which we successfully used and replaced our legacy process with. And, of course, the checklists, due dates, reminders, etc. help keep the team on track and eliminate missed steps/processes. Implementation was very simple, as it only required a trial balance be scheduled from our ERP, and the initial setup workbook helped get us started in the system. From there, everything was very intuitive, and customer support was quick to respond for any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see checklist items have the option to "require attachment" before being submitted. Some checklist items are just to mark as complete, but other items require the review of a supporting workbook, and I'd like to restrict those items from being submitted if the preparer forgets to upload the linked supporting document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has added significant efficiencies in our close process. It allows everyone to see the status of the close, and it connects our finance and accounting departments. The "watch" feature allows our finance team to know where our accounting team is in the close process, and lets them know when they can start on their processes. In a work from home environment, it really helps our team keep up on the status of others. The auditor access is also super helpful.
A Month End Close Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
We use this every month. It makes closing the books every month so easy. We can keep our checklists, reconciliations, notes, and close metrics all in one place. We used to use a google sheet and several folders on a drive to do what Floqast does so effortlessly. I find it especially useful during audit as all reconcilations are stored in one place. Love Floqast

I cant think of anything really. It has been nothing but a boon for us.

FloQast Review
What do you like best about the product?
The things I like most about FloQast are: 1) organization to our monthly close 2) variance analysis 3) reconcilation ease. Because of these features we were able to decrease time during close by a half day. With a small team that has been amazing to get all that time back. Finally, the support team are the best support team that I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much that I disklike about FloQast. I have been a FloQast user for over 10 years and I have loved to see the evolution of the system.
