Has Transformed our Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has helped our team work more efficiently through checklists, ReMind, auto-amortization/reconciliations, and more. Our team uses FloQast every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some bumps in the process of implementing some features, but the team has been very helpful in sorting them out quickly and seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us to shorten our month-end close period which frees up our time to work on other projects and make process improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The FloQast team was great throughout the integration process. Our team is loving the software, as it streamlines our close processes and assists with our reconciliations at month end. Would definitely recommend to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal if FloQast could post journal entries directly to the connected ERP systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reconciliations were bulky and did not include live updates for balances from NetSuite. When something was reconciled, our team was unaware that a reconciliation may have been out of balance. Being able to refresh FloQast and see the updated balances live has been hugely beneficial.
FloQast is an auditors dream
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast provides a central location for all documentation related to period end close, including checklist signoffs. This makes it very easy for auditors to locate documents on their own. It is also great for training new people as tasks and related documentation are in one location. We obviously use this tool to document our period end close but it could be used to document any tasks. Floqast is easy to implement and easy to use. The customer support is also excellet. We use this tool regularly to track our progress for period close and ensure all tasks are complete before issue period financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email reminders are not as useful for us as the timing of our tasks is not as rigid as most accounting departments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizes documentation of regular finance tasks.
Great tool for ensuring team understands their month-end/quarter-end tasks and deadlines.

Easy to use, connection to Netsuite is seemless

Prices is creeping up each year and becomes difficult to justify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team sometimes forgot certain steps in the month-end close or they missed the deadline because of miscommunication. Floqast is great in ensuring that team has clear defined tasks with deadlines. We also like the connection to Nestuite which then links to our working papers ensuring that each balance sheet amount is reconciled.

It helps me organize my days and activities, improving my workflow and time managing

not really a dislike but obviously it is tough to setup, we have to go through all tasks in the company

Task managing is easier, one can easily see where delays are being generated and go direct to the problem.
FloQast has been seamless from day 1
What do you like best about the product?
The team and the program have improved efficiencies for our month end close, reconciliations and time management from implementation until present day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto bank reconciliation not sophisticated enough for our business, therefore have to use Blackline (rule based matching)

Tracking month end and completion/management of reconciliations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting you can glean on your productivity once the estimated times, and tasks have been properly setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of setup time it has taken, and that if I want to add a future re-occurring task (e.g. annual task every Jan, but it's only May) I have to wait until another January period is opened. There's a chance i'll forget to add that re-occurance when January rolls around, but I am given no option to add an annual January task if I have already closed the PY January.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve the quantification of the work our teams perform to better benchmark the balance of tasks amongst our team.
Accountants that know what is needed
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is built for accountants, BY accountants. It is user friendly, easy to use and quick to reconcile several accounts.
Throughout the years that we have used FloQast, they have implemented new features that make the product even better! We can now do multiple checklists for different service areas. The auto reconciliation feature is probably one of the best features that was implemented that has saved us hours of time!!

What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not found any downfalls or dislikes of the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checklists have allowed us to create a workflow for the end user to receive reminders of what is due and when it is due and then forward those onto the next level leader for review and or approval. This has saved us from having to store checklists outside of FloQast in multiple folders.
FloQast helping reach the closing date goal
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast helps to stay focused when working on the month-end schedule. A lot of valuable features, including reconciliation module. As long as your ERP system allows to automatically update the TB, the system send you notifications if the account falls out of balance. Also, no need to create a separate rec files, FloQast allows to use any Excel file you already have. Customer support is also one of the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Might take a while before all the features are up and running depending on your internal ERP system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of the closing process. Monthly reconciliation updates and roll-forward of the balances
Organization is Great with FloQast

It keeps everything organized and in order.

The Refresh for the Trial Balance takes to long.

The reveiwer process is more streamlined now and easy to mark it off in FQ
