Efficient in driving accounting close results and accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast does a fantastic job at allowing employees to clearly see their responsibilities and layers of review. Provides great support for auditors for each balance and a repository of account reconciliations.
What do you dislike about the product?
None to think about. The cost could be a bit lower but I am able to justify the cost to management based on the results we have gotten so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a business day 20 close. Upon adoption, after 6 months were able to get down to 6 for 3 entities consolidating which gives my leadership team more time to make small adjustments each month and more time for my team to focus on organizational projects.

Great product! Makes MEC management a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We used to use google sheet to maange flux and Floqast completely automated our flux process. It syncs real time financial data from Netsuite to Floqast and flags accounts with material fluctuations automatically. It's also super for reviewers and prepareres to leave notes and other supporting documents. My team really likes the flux module.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have vendor level flux, but it's not a deal breaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast automated our close management and flux process. We used to maintain close checklist using google sheet and it's a lot of work to manage all the tasks. With Floqast, new accounts are automatically identified by the system and the slack reminders are very helpful to my senior accountants.
The tool is user friendly and the support from the FloQast team is excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Requires very little amount of training for new members of the team. They can pick it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminders can be a bit tiring to a certain extent but it is really more helpful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing tasks and due dates to meet cloase and reporting deadlines.
Best reconciliation tool I’ve used
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates very well with shared drives, and the tagging feature is very nice, makes it very simple to reconcile properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to refresh the TB every time there is a change of there isn't a direct integration with your ERP

One central location for reconciliations. And summary dashboards to see the status of the close at any point

What do you like best about the product?
Mark and team provided so much help on guidance on using FloQast. Mark also help me get a workflow setup to improve the organization of the audit. Definitely a time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I dislike about the system.

It's helping save time and streamline projects and close.
Floqast helps me stay organized and on target for close deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
I love how comprehensive FloQast is - it is essentially my one-stop-shop tool. Not only do we record all of our reconciliations and GL close data in it, but I have my weekly to-do items as well so each week I can go in and see what I need to focus on. The dashboard that shows where you are in relation to deadlines (ie percentage of work done so far) is also incredibly helpful because it offers a screenshot that is very easy to read. It was simple to integrate and add new clients, and so far their customer support has been fantastic. I joined my firm when FQ was just being implemented and it was very easy to learn how to use it and get it set up for all of our clients. I use it every day and genuinely would have a difficult time without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any issues with Floqast yet - which is a good sign!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast allows us to track close tasks and complete month-end close within our deadlines. They send a weekly to-do list for each client which is very helpful as I can get a screenshot of everything I need focus on that week. It's very user friendly, and having everything in one place allows me to stay organized, on-task, and know exactly where I'm at on close and if I am behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Floqast has increased the efficiencyof our Financial Month End close. Allows for increased visibility and tracking of account reconciliations, task completions, and overdue items. User friendly application with top notch customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a single user can be in the excel version of the account reconciliations at any one time.

Increased efficiency in Financial Month End close.

Great Task Manager for accounting tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple tool that helps the whole org track task completion and gives other users visibility as to what they might be able to help out with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main flaw that I find in floqast is the inability to add process documentation for each step.

FloQast is solving our task management issues and is keeping everyone on task for month end close.
