Floqast has been extremely useful & worth every penny
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize all of our tasks & keep track of everything that needs to be done for close on a monthly basis. It also, is a nice way to require & push individuals to put together workpapers for all entries posted

Honestly I don't have any complaints so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team tasks & organization. It is pushing us to have all of our tasks organized & polished

Floqast is such an easy tool and really helps keep you organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me to meet my deadlines and prioritize what needs to be done. Also, it is fulfilling to be able to click that something has been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a downside. I would be lost without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to know where we are in the close process and helps to eliminate missing checklist items that are needed to close.
Great for Outsourced Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative with teammates. If you have any questions/comments/concerns, you can just add to it. I also realized that there is notes tab, which is super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is sometime it is super slow - could be my internet or just in general

Accountant's Best Friend during Month End
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is helping us stay on top of all of the month end items and reconciliations. It tracks the due dates, who is working on what and how we are progressing. The chat function is also helpful for those that have questions on the specific recons. We have multiple entities for which we close books at the same time so being able to stay organized with all the tasks is a priority that FloQast made super easy to do. We also use the flux analysis that we present to our CFO on monthly basis with the ablility to add notes on the differences.
They are also constantly releasing new features which only add to the greatness of the product. The customer support is super helpful in helping us getting the most of out the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only item of note that could be better is Slack integration as it doesn't remind you that your reconciliations are due only when they are past due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping is stay on top of all of the month end items and reconciliations. It tracks the due dates, how we are progressing, who is working on what and that is super important for us as we have multiple entities for which we close books at the same time. It also always is connected to our accouning software so it makes it easy to track down changes or updates made after signoffs.
Easy to use and makes work more fun!
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything consolidated in one place and organized. The platform is easy to use and it is helpful and satisfying to see your progress in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast listens to customer feedback and is frequently making improvements to the platform so I currently don't have any dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has eliminated a lot of manual work and has helped our team be more organized and timely when it comes to close. It has helped me save a lot of time creating manual checklists, calendars, etc. The real-time data has also helped improve accuracy. Previously, a reconciliation could have been tied out and signed off on and if there were any changes we wouldn't know about it until the following month - now we can ensure everything is up to date.
FloQast helps us manage our Month End Close Process
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast allows my teams to manage their tasks to help us close the month end and qtr end easier and more effectively. We are reminded what tasks we have and when they are due and the tool is a great way to ensure we are staying on schedule!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this -we do not have any issues with FloQast at this time!

Maintaining all our close related activities in one place-huge help for my team!
Awesome close management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the comprehensive nature of the tool. It covers checklist steps, automates reconcilaition, as well as identifying reconciliation issues if balances change, as well as variance analysis, and thier remind tool so you can automate data collection for your close process.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, FloQast is in the beta stages for providing detailed transaction information to support users in identifying differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides visbility into the close process, as well as all of our operational accounting processes as well. It helps orient teams, especailly if they are less experienced since it instructs what steps need to be taken.
Easy to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides to using FloQast are that it is easy to understand and lends itself to a fast implementation, which is what our team needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using FloQast, other than the need to refresh multiple times during close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast makes our close go extremely smooth and allows us to not miss anything. We are more productive and can close faster using the intuitive product. The slack integration is a big plus!

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast enables the users to reconcile accounts and save all relevant documents in a folder that is specifically tied to that reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside seems to me to be that anytime a change is made my recs go out of balance and going back serems redundant to me.

Having the documents the auditors want to see at their fingertips.
Great tool to keep the closing process on track
What do you like best about the product?
The note feature which you can leave comments to the assigned preparer and update the status when comments are addressed and completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I dislike with FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep better track of all the tasks in our checklist and provide a central place for all the recons.
