What do you like best about the product?
We keep all tasks in one space and we can see what is due. Also the filter function to see tasks that are assigned to myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are multiple hashtags left on the reconciliation file, the system not able to identify where the hashtags are located.

Floqast is a GAME CHANGER for month end. It makes the entire process more simplified.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to go through each Gl account and verify completeness and accuracy fo account details. Makes the entire close process much cleaner and easy to follow. Nothing gets missed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassional delays at month end in the refreshing when docs are added. I assume the bandwith of users is multiplied at month end making the entire system slower. I generally just leave and come back to it at a later time if the refresh is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No items are missed. It basically creates a ste-by step process to follow and easy access for the reveiwer to see any one offs or discrepancies.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Limitations to team member roles; allowing a team member to control their checklist for just 1 subsidiary rather than apply their role to all subsidiaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were tracking month-end close using Excel. FloQast has replaced this and provided us with integrated internal controls for sign-offs and reviews. We've also added the FQ Reconcilations tool, and love how we can see all rec's at once and quickly identify whether any need to still be reconciled. It gives us greater assurance over our financials.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a clear work flow of our monthly tasks as a team. I don't have to personally message my teammates now to see when things have been completed so I may start my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
toggeling between different periods in the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient and streamlined close process. Communications between departments and employees in the same department. Knowledge sharing and review of reconciliations. Alerts of when a reconciliation is out of balance and ties directly to our books in Netsuite.

Helps us see the status with all of our Operating Companies in terms of % of completion, rather than just asking where things are at

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor close and reconciliations from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to force a review of a GL account that is set up to automatically reconcile. If I set something to auto reconcile, I'd like to force a review of that account say every six months just so something doesn't live there perpetually.

It allows us one stop to monitor the progress of close and identify issues.

It has helped keep our team on track and more organized. It was also easy to implement into our workbooks

It gives a timeline of when each task should be done and helps keep us on track with the reminders.
Organization made easy and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the my tasks and reconciliations are in one easy to manage place. I also like the live link aspect so if I reconcile something and ic comes out of balance I am notified and can make the apprpriate modifications in a timley manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about FloQast is the amount of push notifications I recieve from it. I would prefer to get a message once per day rather than multiple times through the day whenever anything changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reconciliations have become more detailed and accurate due to the usage of floqast. We previously used an account balance workbook that we would review before printing monthly finacncials where the balances often changed. I feel it is now easier to ensure the balance of my Gl's is where it should be and that I am making approiate entries to bring the balance to reconcile. I also find that floqast is solving our orginization issues helping us make sure we review every process and save time while doing it. I really like the linked documents and the time that they save me. I do not have to search though my file structure for every workbook I need to review. I simply click my link, if everthing is correct I can mark of that its been reviewed right then and there. If it is not correct or needs cleaning up I can leave a message right there on the spot that reaches team members and allows us to document the needed chenges.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has helped me so much at work. It helps guide me through my day and has been an asset to our company. I love the reconciliation feature that alerts me if any of the accounts I'm assigned go out of balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if FloQast had a way to stop you from doing a task before a previous one is completed. There are some tasks that we can't do until another one has finished. It would be neat if you could set up a dependecy schedule that locks later tasks until the dependent one is complete.

FloQast helps our team all be on the same page and work together a lot easier.
Love this software so far
What do you like best about the product?
Focuses in on the accounts that need your attention. Previously, we were using google sheets to track our reconciliation and month-end close processes. This has helped organize everything and really pushed the responsiblity of the account matching to NetSuite in my teams hands - I no longer have to pester them if something is out of balance! My team has said that it's made them be more thourough and on top of recons and deadlines. It's been great! The software is very straightfoward and user-friendly. Implementation and training were very good - implementation took a few hours total - less than I inititally thought it would. We did have some hiccups with our Sharepoint Integration, but it was on our end. Because we were having issues, FloQast scheduled a call with our IT department and we were able to get it fixed relatively easily after that. Our consultant, Alyson, has been top notch - so helpful, kind, and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using it for our first month-end close, I have nothing bad to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our month-end close checklists out of google sheets. Previously, we'd record in google sheets what the recon amount should be and manually compare the amounts to NetSuite. This does that for us! It also notifies us if the account becomes out of balance and notifies the recon preparer where I, the reviewer, were having to keep track of that. Also, if the recon amount changes, it auto updates in NetSuite. No more going back and forth in our google sheet.
