The organziation, linkage between recs/tasks & SOX controls in the compliance module

Nothing currently because the system works as intended & setup.

Streamlining accounting processes with how they link to SOX controls which reducts sthe volume of SOX requests.

I like the format and how it keeps you organized.
I also love how you can roll forward the reconciliations each month automatically, that is a big help.

Signing off on checklists are often slow during close week

Housing all reconcilations, easy to update each month and make sure everything is getting done on time.

Quite user friendly and can navigate easily through the tool

Checklist can be overwhelming at time. If there's a better way to present the checklist that will be efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to implement and how it is flexible around our needs. I like how they are continuously improving the platform and adding new features. I like how it gives our team visibility and tracking over our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more affordable add-on modules. The cost isn't negligible, but it delivers value for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the month end close progress check in process, allowing us to be comfortable over the completeness of what's been done, tracking SOX compliance, tracking FS Notes etc. review. It's keeping everyone on the same page and managing the project of our month end close.
Seamless close and good CPE
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see where my month-end close process is at any given time. I also never forget to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't see moth over month comparisons of the balances.

I can see close progress at a glance.
Great month end close tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very automated to roll forward tasks and implementation was simple. Our team at Floqast was very helpful and made sure the entire process ran smoothly. We plan to implement other features now that we are acclimated to the product and use as a daily tool rather than monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the checklist when we need to reassign tasks can be challenging.

Audit trail and organization
FQ is easy to use and makes reconciling and tracking daily due dates so painless!

I love using FQ for the daily checklist item function. It makes keeping up on my daily items so easy!
I also love using FQ for the reconciliation feature. The auto rec feature assists in one to one matching, which reduces the amount of time spent recc'ing items out each day.

The biggest downfall of FQ is the amount of time it takes to refresh

FQ's daily use is reducing the amount of entries needed during month end by the ability for us to track daily entries.

What do you like best about the product?
FQ is great at organizing our month-end close tasks and monthly reconciliation. Works well with our auditors and accessibility. Customer Support is timely (a few hours, not days) and assists with problems effectively. We use every month to keep myself and my team on task. Enjoy the quarterly reviews with our account manager and help to continue to better or use of FloQast.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneDrive integration can be tricky when data is copied over or deleted, and folders can be easily dragged elsewhere. No way to lock or block from happening.

Organized audit, month-end close, variance analysis and reconciliations.
Easy to use and adapt and creates efficiencies in the close process.

Integration with SAP Business One was not seamless.

It shortens the close process and assists us with real time reconcilaitions during the close.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use with the product; it is very intuitive to an end-user new to the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is alot to learn to take full advantage of the program. To the extent that things are rolled out in a timely fashion, it can appear to be overwhelming in some instances.
