FloQast has made month end close so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that you can see month-end close progress in one spot. It's also an excellent way for new hires to figure out their tasks and responsibilities. Mark has also been fantastic to work with and so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! So far everything is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a handle on tasks. Before utilizing FloQast, it was easy to miss entries and have to catch them later in the process. Now we have a comprehensive view of everything that needs to get done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of creating tasks in FloQast and assigning due dates for each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a summary on the home page showing the exact tasks that are overdue.

It helps organize tasks among team members and making the monthly accounting process more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is this software gets connected with the ERP, which eliminates all the manual processes of doing the reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task completion percentage is not correct and sometimes shows false results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps in eliminating the redundant manual reconciliation process without compromising completeness and accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and maintain that it requires no training or specially dedicated admin.
I like the ability to attach and link files to checklist items and have multiple levels of review.

What do you dislike about the product?
The last time I looked at the flux analysis option (a while back), I had difficulty getting it into a format similar to what we currently use so I was skeptical about user adoption.

Account reconciliations prep and review is faster with rolling forward docs and notification when preparer-signs off

Great software to keep track of month end task.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about the software is that it's easy to use and follow. You can add tasks as needed for some months and can easily remove the tasks the following month. Another feature I like is that I can keep track of what entries another team member has already completed. If my entries rely on other people's entries, I can message the other team members to complete their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the reconciliation portion, I have to upload the same excel file to each entity for the GL reconciliation. I wish there were a way to select multiple entities at one time when uploading the reconciliation excel file. Another issue I sometimes encounter is that I would get a very vague error message when uploading files. The error message should state the issue and how to solve the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast keeps track of which task people are responsible for. It's also a great way to save and keep excel files. I can view past journal entries by checking the history. For the reconcilations, I can easily view the variance that needs to be solved.

upload file, very easy to uploading file and support documents and it has warning to avoid duplicate upload.

The working chart is sometimes very confusing.

Certain income statement reconciliation and flux tools are limited in their capacity to tailor analytical procedures.

FloQast solves the problem of bringing order to monthly close and document retention for audit purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a tool that allows our team to be consistent with our monthly checklists and acts as the policing agent for keeping us accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "roll forward" feature for documents is an all or nothing feature. I would like to be able to roll forward my own documents and allow my coworkers to roll forward their own when ready to do so. (Maybe there is a solution for this already?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has helped our team identify redundancies in our workflow and reconciliation process. On the flip side, it helped us fill some gaps in our trial balance reconciliations.

Wish the fee would be a set fee for a range of users not per user.

Shrinking our close process, and saving paper by not printing out binders for review.
