FloQast is so much more than just a close software!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is created by accountants, for accountants. It solves many of our problems, makes processes more efficient, and gives us confidence in our accuracy. The FloQast team is responsive to our needs, and takes feedback and suggestions seriously. Implementation was easy and I love that NetSuite is integrated so we can refresh on demand. I use FloQast every day and it makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't found many downsides with the FloQast. Anything that has come up has been minor, or they have provided a solution. For example, we wanted to have our variance analysis by GL, but grouped by individual departments. There is not a simple way to do this in FloQast, but their team built out settings and groupings to make it work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has given us a central place to go for information. This reduces time spent on emails and meetings. It also has given us confidence in our accuracy. I love that you can simply refresh and it will tell you which reconciliations need to be redone. The variance analysis has saved us a great deal of time since we no longer have to prepare and refresh in Excel.

It's simple and straightforward . Easy to use without much instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to be honest. It's just perfect.

It helps the ORG in Closing the books and Reconciliation.

The ability to perform reconciliations which is integrated with Netsuite

The toggling between various entities per FSLI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast is solving the problem the team had to monitor how far they are with the close process
Floqast has added tremendous value to our close and recon processes
What do you like best about the product?
The Checklist is great, but the Reconciliations tracking and upload process is a dream! We can share our work with our Auditors and prepare for audit by using YoY analysis to answer variances in advance. Floqast has ensured we recon every account every month. It's easy to use and reassign users. We just added our AP & AR departments so they can use the checklist feature. Sungano our Rep has been wonderful to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the bank recon's took some time to automate. Now we can reconcile the banks daily and there is very little to do regarding the banks during close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Floqast some accounts were reconciled monthly, others quarterly. It was overwhelming keeping up. The banks are now reconciled daily. We can spot variances faster and make changes proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great. Everyone has been quick to respond to any need of ours and help to correct and train our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet while using FloQast.

This tool has shortened our monthly close. It gives me as the accounting director more insight on what all has been completed in our month end close.
Makes Month-End Close much easier to track
What do you like best about the product?
Makes tracking the month-end close checklist and reconciliations much easier and I like being able to see the overall progress of our tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to modify actual task completion dates, therefore not providing an accurate representation of the timeline of tasks

We can follow up and share account reconciliations with other team members, or for audit purposes
Saves a lot of time
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of Floqast to sync with ERP is awsome. Before Floqast we used have alot of manual work for our reporting and reconciliation, but with the implementation of Floqast our manaual working is reduced by 90% and the data we used to gathered manually previously is now just a click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no major drawback of Floqast but its interface can be improved a little bit.

Floqast is eliminating manual gathering of data and do the job it self. All the required data is updated automatically
