very good for reconciliations but needs some work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reconciliations are linked to NetSuite. I like the signoffs are evident.
What do you dislike about the product?
Floqast is just reconciliations, not a complete electronic binder. Also cannot include tickmarks on PDF. I dont like the support is not also part of a spine where you can signoff on it.

sometimes the refresh takes more time and it's Track the work

it's very easy to see the book balance according to each month
User-friendly tool for close management
What do you like best about the product?
tracking close items ,recon and flux. this would also support integration.

Notes section is not used that often, hence the dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the reconciliation balances in the reconciliation section helps me quickly balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications seem to come at non-ideal times. Midnight for some things, and 4:00 for one of my team members who leaves at 4:0

Saved a lot of time rolling forward month end checklists and reconciliation sign off files.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is a great tool to keep checklists and reconciliations in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, Floqast fulfills all my needs; therefore, I don't have anything negative feedbacks to provide.

FloQast helps me automate my prepaids process.
Helps a lot with reconcliations
What do you like best about the product?
It links directly to our accounting software and pulls in the balances for easy reconciliations. You have one place you can easily complete and review all of our reconciliations.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you both are a preparer and a reviewer, you can't sort by accounts that you are just one or the other on. You have to sort by both, which makes filtering tougher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is making it easier to have all reconciliation and checklist items in one place so it creates a more efficient month end close process and helps us to easily review when items are completed.
Great Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I find FloQast easy to navigate as well as the ability to follow checklist items and comment on deliverables to keep a dialogue with the task as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, searching around between checklist items and periods can be challenging.

Having support for our SEC filings kept in one place.
Simple, user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity - easy layout for navigation. Integration - system integration with NetSuite saves time for recons versus performing a manual check.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual refresh - need to click a button to reload data manually; it would be nice if data were quickly automatically updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarter / annual reporting checklists - currently, the system is set up to perform month-end activities for the GL team, but it would be helpful if the reporting team, who performs tasks on a quarterly or annual basis, could set up their FQ checklists as well.

I really enjoy the ability to filter on checklist and reconciliations items to determine what tasks or recons pertain to me

Absolutely nothing, very happy with the product thus far

We used to have to manually update each reconciliation and this would cause a lot of problems when last minute entries get posted and the rec is no longer reconcilied
It has been a useful work tool but I don't know who I would recommend it to.

I like the checklists and how it integrates with google drive or outlook. The way that things can be shared on a team and organized is really helpful.

I didn't know how to use it for the first little bit and sometimes I don't understand the emails.
