Financial Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily filter my open reconciliations and track my progress for month end close. I like that it's so easy to add my backup in FloQast. A big plus is that I get notified right away if one of my previously signoff reconciliations is out of balance. I give their customer service a gold star. They are very prompt to reply to my emails and follow up after my issue has been resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes after I upload a new trial balance or change something in a reconciliation, I have to refresh more than once to get the changes to reflect in FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast helps with checking the progress of close. It gives me an idea if we are on track to close on time.

FloQast has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has built a robust close management system that is able to handle all of our regularlly occurring needs as a finance team. It has been easy to integrate with our existing systems and the support team has made implementation simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get what you get. I commonly run into areas that could be improved or where greater customization would be helpful. But the success managers are very responsive to helping us with roadblocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and standardization of tasks and responsibilities across a variety of global finance teams.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is easy and intuitive to use and has been key in cleaning up our month end close process. I love all the new product features and development. The new API has unlocked a lot of potential of integrating our close process into our workflow and data analysis software stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing negative about floqast. As a nonprofit, it would be nice to have the ability to reconcile on multiple levels of GL segments versus just the account. For example: department, program, restriction class, grant code, etc. It would also be nice to have some kind of Excel connector with FloQast and our ERP to automate pulling in transactional data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is very intuitive and user-friendly, in addition there are several resources (guides, videos, email) readily available to assist if a question does come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature that I think would be very helpful to add to the software would be the ability to restrict access to certain users within a given entity's close checklist. Although there are "work arounds" and you can create a separate checklist to store sensitive documents that only a limited number of users would have access to, it then creates a separate checklist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast centralized our document storage and created a seemless way to hold everyone accountable. The transparency between different users/groups has led to a shortening of our close timeline since implementation.

I find that sometimes it plays up can be slow.

What do you like best about the product?
Catching data through "#" tags without limit. In a single excel workbook implimentation of recons of several accounts and capturing of data flowlessly and tracking the progress of any work is very easy.

As of now nothing, but a FloQast application should be developed insted of browsing through web.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently regularly use two of FloQast's products, the close and compliance management workflow. The close workflow is a game changer when it comes to monthly reporting. We're able to reconcile all our balances regularly with centrally stored evidence. FloQast has significantly improved our month-end process in terms of quality and accuracy.
FloQast is user friendly and easy on the eye as well. The implementation of FloQast was seamless and my team and I found it very easy to switch from excel reconciliation and email checklists.
The customer support/experience team make it easy for us by promptly replying to our issues. A special shout out to Raheel Zafar.

What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast is still new in the market and are far away from their ceiling. There bits and pieces that could still improve when it comes to the tool. The user access roles could be refined to a more granular level. FloQast could do with collapse feature when it comes to the checklist in the close process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely accurately financial information. We're able to reconcile management accounts accurately on a timely basis with centrally stored evidence. We also house our internal financial control environment and we're a ble to monitor our controls over the financial statements
User friendly, great for audit and month end
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create check lists for month end, which is really helpful to keep on top of tasks and deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful if it had the ability to have a work flow within a checklist task. I.e one person has a task, that directly impacts the next person being able to do theirs, so if they could be notified then they know they can go ahead and do their task without having to go in and double check
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep on top of month end tasks. Able to let the auditors go and review all balance sheet reconciliations without the need for them to request them and have to send them over
