What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for closely tracking progress. It allows me to monitor developments in detail, making it much easier to stay updated and informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is none that I can think of that I dislike about FloQast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an excellent tool for closely monitoring progress and making sure that tasks are completed on time. It really helps keep everything on track.

Efficient Reconciliation with Helpful Alerts and Customizable Checklists

What do you like best about the product?
I've used other reconciliation software and I believe that FQ works very well. The email alerts are helpful.

An area that I believe is particularly noteworthy are the checklists. We have different checklists for month end close vs compliance. Having different checklists helps us to focus on close timelines which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with FQ is that it takes too long to upload documents. I don't think the issue is from our end as we can upload documents to other sites without the long delay we experience with FQ.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FQ helps with tracking tasks and letting me know when reconciliations are ready for review.

Centralized Reconciliations Speed Up Audits, But Needs Better Intercompany Support

What do you like best about the product?
All of our balance sheet reconciliations and task are in one place and can be accessed by all staff as well as auditors. It makes our annual audits move much quicker and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have the ability to reconcile intercompany accounts between businesses in separate GP companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task completion and accounts reconciled can be tracked as a whole. We are able to see what areas we are having issues and where we need to step in and help to meet close deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the checklist features, which help staff keep up with their weekly and monthly tasks. I also find the alerts and notifications useful, as they inform me whenever something requires my attention or review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for tasks can sometimes be cumbersome. While the reconciliation and auto rec features are useful, they can be challenging to use effectively when not everything matches up one-to-one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The checklist feature enables us to keep the annual audit process on track by assigning tasks to each responsible person. We have successfully used this feature to let two staff members oversee the tasks for five overlapping audits, which involve several departments and divisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we implemented FloQast for our close a few years ago, our average days to close has shortened because we are focusing on the things that matter and not wasting time with Excel WB as our white papers. We can easily navigate to any entity (and we have over 40) quickly and readily and get a succinct overview of where we are at. I like being able to customize our reconciliations and checklist items for each of the entities that I am responsible for. We use FloQast everyday, multiple times a day. It integrates seamlessly with our Accounting Software, Sage. I also appreciate the Variance Analysis as this feature allows us to report to our CFO and Financial Reporting Team quickly by downloading the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast did an update about six months ago, whereby when you are in the Folders View, the Checklist items area is really large but the Reconciliation Items (which is our most important thing), is very small and requires you to scroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. FloQast has solved the issue of manual reconciliations and checklist, which frees up valuable time. 2. FloQast integrates with our accounting Software, Sage, which allows for seamless data flow. 3. I can easily see which tasks are assigned to me, track their status, and collaborate with my team, all on one platform. 4. FloQast automates reconciliations which reduces the time I used to have to spend chasing down approvals.

Auto Reconciling and Amortization Shine, But Refresh Could Be Faster

What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto reconciling feature as well as the ability to put an amortization schedule right on FQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it wouldn't take as long to refresh the balances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our amortization of prepaid expenses and takes into account all of the rounding so we don't have to make small adjustments.

FloQast Brings Clarity and Organization to Our Close Process

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has truly changed the way we manage our monthly and quarterly close processes. Everything is now far more organized and transparent. The checklist and reconciliation modules make it incredibly straightforward to track responsibilities, and I can monitor progress in real time. This visibility is excellent for identifying bottlenecks early, allowing us to stay on schedule and complete our close on time. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Oracle ERP Fusion and Dropbox, keeping all our backup files properly linked and accessible.

One of the features I value most is the To-Do List. It clearly shows what’s overdue, what’s due today, and what’s coming up, which really helps me set priorities and plan my day more effectively. FloQast Remind has also been a major benefit. In my previous role, I had to manually send out recurring month-end emails for accruals and updates, which was easy to overlook. Now, those reminders are sent automatically, saving me significant time and mental energy.

The Slack integration, while a small detail, is extremely useful. It notifies me whenever a task is overdue or completed and provides a concise morning summary of the day’s tasks. Although it seems like a minor feature, it genuinely helps me stay organized and focused. Overall, FloQast has made the entire process much smoother—there’s less stress, fewer delays, and much greater visibility for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, syncing larger reconciliations can be time-consuming. After system upgrades, it may also be necessary to refresh connections. To help prevent accidental changes, I would appreciate it if completed tasks remained locked once their documentation is finalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I’ve mentioned before, FloQast has significantly improved our month-end and quarter-end processes. Everything is now much more organized and transparent. The checklist and reconciliation modules make it easy to see who is responsible for each task and to monitor progress in real time, which helps us identify bottlenecks early and avoid any last-minute surprises.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the To-Do List. It clearly displays what’s overdue, what’s due today, and what’s coming up, making it much easier for me to plan my workload. FloQast Remind has also been incredibly helpful, as it automates recurring emails for accruals and updates, so I no longer have to remember to send or follow up manually. The Slack integration is another great addition, providing quick notifications about overdue or completed tasks, along with a daily summary of upcoming items, which helps us stay on top of deadlines with ease.

In summary, FloQast has streamlined our workflows, saved us time, and given us better visibility, making the month-end close process less stressful and more predictable. It has truly made a difference for our team, and I would recommend it to any finance professional seeking to improve their closing process.
