My experience using FloQast as a preparer has been transformative
What do you like best about the product?
As a preparer of the reconciliations, FQ have made it easier to track and manage close tasks

I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about it as I'm only a User

Only been using a few months but has been helpful speeding up our close process.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all rec's and close items are in one place

Great product to streamline closing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the daily updates that let me know where my tasks stand. You can see at a glance if you are on track for closing by your deadline and a quick click takes you to all of your outstanding items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues with FloQast, as we are still in the process of tweaking items to be more efficient for our team

Floqast gives us one place to check off and deposit our reconciliations and monthly registers.

Floqast is a great software that has allowed us to streamline our reconciliation process and month-end and keep team members accountable

There is nothing to dislike about FloQast. There a few areas that could do with improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checklist allows us to keep track of all our items and the teams add-in is great as it provides you with reminders and informs you when you have late items
Great tool for organizing the close process and enhancing visibility into progress!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is extremely easy to use, update, and manage. The interface is intuitive, easy to navigate, and not overly complicated or clunky. The software itself does an excellent job of interfacing with month-end checklists and reconciliations and provides solid real-time KPI's and audit reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major that I do not like about FloQast. While my team doesn't use the full scope of services offered by FloQast (e.g., auto-recon, amortization of prepaid schedules, etc.) we have found increase visibility into progress, pain points on timing of interdependent tasks, and an overall quicker and better documented close!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is solving issues my organization was having with restructuring our month-end close process to take an entity-wide balance sheet approach as opposed to our old "siloed" approach of reviewing only individual entities. It has allowed for a quick snapshot of the close progress and allows team managers to quickly identify areas for improvement for our team and its processes.

It makes our audit process easier because it is very easy for auditors to find all Jounal entries supports

It cannot do complex balance sheet reconciliation

Very happy with the quick implementation
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and quick implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not muc h to dislike. We would like to perform a reconciliation on retained earnings but FloQast doesn't include retained earnings as a reconciling account. This is not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a better tracking for our month-end close checklist, also we need a better way of tracking our account reconciliations.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has helped our team work more efficiently through checklists, ReMind, auto-amortization/reconciliations, and more. Our team uses FloQast every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some bumps in the process of implementing some features, but the team has been very helpful in sorting them out quickly and seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us to shorten our month-end close period which frees up our time to work on other projects and make process improvements.

The FloQast team was great throughout the integration process. Our team is loving the software, as it streamlines our close processes and assists with our reconciliations at month end. Would definitely recommend to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal if FloQast could post journal entries directly to the connected ERP systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reconciliations were bulky and did not include live updates for balances from NetSuite. When something was reconciled, our team was unaware that a reconciliation may have been out of balance. Being able to refresh FloQast and see the updated balances live has been hugely beneficial.
FloQast is an auditors dream
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast provides a central location for all documentation related to period end close, including checklist signoffs. This makes it very easy for auditors to locate documents on their own. It is also great for training new people as tasks and related documentation are in one location. We obviously use this tool to document our period end close but it could be used to document any tasks. Floqast is easy to implement and easy to use. The customer support is also excellet. We use this tool regularly to track our progress for period close and ensure all tasks are complete before issue period financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email reminders are not as useful for us as the timing of our tasks is not as rigid as most accounting departments

Centralizes documentation of regular finance tasks.
