What do you like best about the product?
I like how the platform is a place I can go to & clearly see what I have to do for any of my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if FloQast allowed you to set your own close date for each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is allowing us to have our mind at ease for any month to month todo items.

Great UI. Helped streamline our reconciliation process. ReMind feature is super helpful. Implementation team was excellent!

Unable to adapt to complex rules around bank reconciliations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-level visibility on status of all reconciliations and also acts as our tracker for financial close.
Floqast has made our close and review process more efficient.

What I like most about Floqast is the ability to upload reconcilation for review.

Making changes to the account names and updating the accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very small department and it put everything in one place for both the CFO and auditors.
FloQast is a fantastic close management solution that is easy to get up and running
What do you like best about the product?
We have had strong internal adoption of FloQast; the software is easy to use and requires minimal training. FloQast implementation experts made themselves available to troubleshoot and streamline the onboarding process. Our close process is easier to manage and keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast does not have as many integrations with various ERP platforms as some other software solutions. The FloQast team is working toward implementing more integrations, but they are not there yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using FloQast for 4 weeks but I'm already a big fan! FloQast provides a "one stop shop" for your accounting team to see what tasks are due and when. I like that it integrates with our shared drive and automaticallys saves files in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tutorials/onboarding could be expanded, there's definitely a learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast provides an incredibly detailed platform to reconcile and review our company's entire balance sheet across a half-dozen entities. The checklist is a great way to keep tasks organized - and separated by owner - which helps our finance department stay on scheudle as we work toward close.
The account-by-account reconciliatons each month have given leadership more confidence than ever in our financial statement accuracy. Additionally, our 2023 fiscal year audit was very much streamlined by the use of FQ.

What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process was quite labor-intensive, but that may have been just part of the growth needed on our side of things.

FloQast has essentially forced our company to reconcile our entire balance sheet on a monthly basis, which has significantly reduced the frequency of errors. We no longer have unidentified issues that persist for months at a time.

FloQast has changed the game for our accounting close and improved accounts recalls drastically.

I like the speed and ability to customize what you team needs.

The ability to quickly reconcile lead sheets to GL balances.
Organization solution to our close process and balance sheet reconciliations
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast provides us with a centralized location to track the progress of our monthly close process as well as housing our balance sheet reconciliations. It's helpful and efficient to have everything living in one place with formal signoffs and reviews. It also allows upper management to easily get a pulse on our status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing significant about Floqast that I dislike. If anything, sometimes it takes a good bit of clicks to make updates. Also, it automatically signs you out after 4 hours even when actively using it (i.e. not based on 4 hours of inactivity).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our close and B/S reconcilation process. With having formal signoffs for each reconcilation/task, it makes it easy to know exactly where we stand. Also, having a direct hyperlink to the B/S reconciliations simplifies the review process.
Using FloQast for Month end and Account Reconciliations.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to fliter what needs to be done during a busy momment. It was very easy to learn and implament after a few meetings going through the working of the website during its introductiuon. When we have had issues we were always able to reach out for help and guidence. Alos, being able to see what accounts need to be reconciled made the final days for close easy. I enjoy being able to log in through out the day to keep track of whats going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
When refreshing folders after uploading it can take up to 30 minuets to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to keep tarck of what needs to be done and what has been done and when. Also it is helping with reconciliations of accounts and if any need updated.
