Real-Time ERP Sync and Smart AI Agents Make Reconciliations a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it syncs directly to the ERP system to update GL balances real-time which helps with reconciliations & I like the AI Agents. I enjoy different checklist and recon tabs
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI tools could allow pdf upload review and show formulas in the export of calculations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps it keep up all the tasks I need to complete.
Use FloQast, period.
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has made the segregation of duties on my finance team a million times easier. We all know what we need to do at any given time, we get gentle reminders when we're falling behind, and the reconciliations that happen within FloQast are infinitely more efficient than working in our native ERP or in Excel. Our customer service is EXCELLENT, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much negative I can say about FloQast. Out of the 10+ various third-party solutions we employ to solve this or that problem, FloQast is miles and away the best one we utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly bank recs and simple task-setting so tasks don't fall through the cracks.
Seamless Month-End Management, A Must for Accountants
What do you like best about the product?
I find FloQast an invaluable tool for organizing my month-end checklist and reconciliations, offering a singular, centralized workspace that keeps my focus on essential tasks. Its search functionality stands out for its efficiency, allowing me to quickly locate task numbers and presenting immediate results as I type, significantly speeding up my workflow. I appreciate how seamlessly FloQast integrates with Excel by using hashtags to automatically connect for reconciliations, ensuring everything ties neatly into the general ledger and providing reassurance as I navigate the web interface. Its ease of use and simplicity add tremendous value to anyone working within the accounting function. The product naturally markets itself through its effectiveness and utility, making it highly recommendable to future accounting teams I might join. Overall, I am highly satisfied with FloQast and believe it to be exceptionally beneficial.

I fully enjoy FloQast, and I do not have a part of the software I dislike.

I find FloQast organizes my month-end close tasks, providing a central location for checklists and reconciliations, which streamlines my workflow.
Keeps Month-End Close on Track—Seamless Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use FloQast to track month-end close activities and manage reconciliations. FloQast helps both me and my team stay organized and on schedule. Whenever I want to check the progress of our month-end close processes, I simply log in and can immediately see which tasks are still outstanding. We use Floqast on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints about FloQast. It meets our business needs effectively. The only minor issue I occasionally encounter is when an Excel spreadsheet is uploaded and converted into a Google Doc; sometimes, the formula connections are lost in the process. However, I believe this is more of a Google Doc issue rather than a problem with FloQast itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast addresses challenges that often result from disorganization and limited visibility into the progress of month-end close and reconciliations. By centralizing all tasks and processes in a single platform accessible to the entire team, it enables everyone to quickly gain a complete overview of the team's status and any outstanding items with just one click.
Floqast Makes Processes More Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast simplifies all accounting process which makes it very easy to do our jobs as well as train others. The functionality is very user friendly which makes everything easier. Floqast also provides a great audit trail for us and other to double check work that is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I do not like about Floqast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast helps our company close or books faster. This helps us focus on other projects without having to spend too much time on our monthly tasks.
Great Visuals for Reconciliation, but Setup Navigation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The visual optics of the Foder Reconciliation sections, it makes it easy to see if something it out of balance with a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to remember where to update the COA and other setup items

Ease of Reconciliations and sign-offs
Simple and User-Friendly, But Variance Analysis Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface for checklists and reconciliations, ability to use a hashtag to auto reconcile, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Variance Analysis interface is not the most ideal: the inability to see 2 reviewers on the page without having to click to see the additional reviewer, the inability to filter for open items that are only open for your review (the "Ready for Review" filter shows all accounts regardless of whether it has already been reviewed - maybe showing this because there are 2 reviewers?), having to drag open the flux comment box in order to see the full flux comment, instead of it automatically displaying the full comment when clicking the first time around, not being able to easily toggle to see multiple prior month flux comments within the current month close that is being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency to help make close more efficient.
FloQast Makes Month-End Close a Breeze, Though Setup Can Be Daunting
What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for an easy way to shorten month close and be able to easily view your progress, there is nothing that i have seen that does it better than FloQast. Plenty of AI incorporation if you want to go that route, but not needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up can be daunting with the sheer amount of steps and documentation that may be needed to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just making the month end and keeping track of things is a benefit.

FloQast has been a very useful tool for organizing tasks and reconciliations in one place which helps us keeping track during accounting closes much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful if FloQast can create trending analysis for a specific account and suggest some call-outs needing attention.

FloQast serves as a centralized location for all tasks and reconciliations so we can easily track them down for collaborating and resolving accounting issues during closes.
A Reliable Tool That Brings Structure and Efficiency to the Close Process
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features have been the task tracking and reconciliation checklists, which keep our team organized and ensure nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be making the user interface a bit more intuitive when navigating between modules or reviewing completed tasks. At times, it can take a few extra clicks to get where you need to go.

Our accounting team implemented FloQast earlier this year, and it has made a huge difference in our month-end close process. The platform has helped improve our organization, streamline reconciliations, and increase overall visibility into our close tasks.
