FloQast has enabled us to achieve a more efficient close.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor the close process in real time, being able to make changes easily when needed. FloQast continually self-improves, so the product just keeps getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filtering is tough becuase of some of the choices we made for set-up. Would like to be able to filter Notes by users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now track our close process for all of our sub-teams in Finance & Accounting. We have been able to identify bottlenecks and address them, which resulted in reducing days to close.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user to FloQast, I like how easy it is to navigate with the drop down boxes, filters, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual uploads of the trial balance from our system into FloQast daily (or twice daily) to update FloQast ending balances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for being able to see at a glance how the organization is doing and then being able to drill into areas where we can work on bottlenecks.
Getting started is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was so painless and I love that the administrative access lies in the accounting group so we can update settings, etc. on the fly as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is some bugs that we have had to work around in the auto-rec process. Overall, it still saves us time in our close process, just not as efficient as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FQ has solved our control issues around ensuring that all balance sheet accounts are 100% reconciled. Prior to FQ, we were working off an Excel tracker that had to be manually updated/maintained.
Awesome Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of FloQast is being able to communicate with my team and get our month-end close done faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, if they could offer more reporting and analytics that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved bottlenecks where our team didnt have much communication.
Easy, Fast, & Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
My team likes the auto-rec the best. It's easy and updates quickly all on its own. I like that I can easily see what is left to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that it had more customization for the auto rec.

My favorite thing is that FQ saves me hours on my year end process.
Floqast has streamlined our close process
What do you like best about the product?
Floqast has made our SOX compliance a lot easier with electronic signoffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to the new internal controls module

Great Platform for Managing Monthly Close!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have a unified monthly close checklist for the entire team that is on the cloud and can have more than one user in it at one time. I also like the monthly close tracking dashboards that allows me to see the state of the monthly close at a glance. It is also so great that it integrates into our ERP (Sage Intacct) and with our Excel reconciliations in order to give us a real-time assessment of whether or not our reconciliations tie to the trial balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any major dislikes of FloQast that I have at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is helping us track the state of the close, allowing us to organize our team and its actions in order to most efficiently and quickly close our monthly and yearly books.

What do you like best about the product?
Floqast allowed us to streamline month-end close processes that were manual and time-consuming into a SOX compliant finished product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing here overall my interactions with the Floqast team were helpful and allowed for better utilization of their total product.

Floqast is helped us automate a lot of our our cash reconciliation process while still ensuring we were SOX compliant.
Time Saving and Added Controls
What do you like best about the product?
The AutoRec functionality has been an extreme timesaver for our team. Additionally, the month-end checklists and recon functionality have helped us complete a more thorough review of our financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into a few issues related to the transaction volume that have caused problems in AutoRec. The support team has always been quick to work on them, but it is a pain for our team when that functionality doesn't work as we rely heavily on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell on many different platforms, and the AutoRec feature helps us to ensure we are reconciling appropriately. Additionally, FloQast has improved our month end timelines and set clear and high expectations for the team.
Efficient and Organized Close Process
What do you like best about the product?
Fast implementation, better SOX controls, better insight into the close, variance analysis and metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there are no real downsides to FloQast, they have been great when problems arise to help us fix them or suggest new product enhancements

Faster and more efficient close process, better SOX controls as a public company and helping ensure all reconciliations are complete and accurate
