Floqast is amazing! Still a huge fan. Love it. Best software for keeping an organized close.

Easy to track each everything. easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
We have it set up to where differences have to be less than a dollar but I think that can be adjusted. No major complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our transparency problem. The entire team can see the progress we are all making each month end close. We've used it for a long time and still love it.

Conslidated view of all month end items, has sign off for preparer and reviewer.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is easy to use and implement, changes made in ERP system is reflected in FloQast with a simple refresh, no wait time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flux analysis module could be a bit more streamlined, a bit troublesome to toggle between different flux to view the comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing review audit trails and having flux and recons for all the entities in one place. What's also great the flux comments on the subsidiaries will roll up to the consolidated financial flux so we don't have to enter again.

FloQast is very easy to use, Our account support staff was very helpful at implementing and getting our organization started.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the software is the ability to keep the company's finances in order. In addition, the follow ups are extremely easy since we implemented FloQast in our offices: the account statements are updated in real time, and there is no need to communicate them every time there is a change.
The task list complements the program because those involved know the progress made in data collection for the closing.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is cumbersome to access information from previous periods. Changes to the folder are not allowed if the period is closed, which is reasonable. However, this becomes frustrating when viewing only information available during editing is necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is the software we almost daily to learn about statements for all departments. It even helps us to know if the budgets are sufficient for each ongoing project.
All department members can make reports of receipts and expenses as long as they are authorized.
The centralized information is perfect for closing the accounts.
At the end of each period, all that is left is to do an exhaustive review. Then, we close with a simple button.

What do you like best about the product?
I love FloQast. It has helped me with my accounting and finance team; it keeps them organized during month-end close processes. In addition, I use it as a tool to help me manage my projects.
It keeps my team focused on moving quickly through the close processes. As a result, we don't forget items anymore.
It is also easy software to learn to use. I was confused at first, but then it was effortless. The learning curve is very accessible.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it can be complicated at the implementation time. It takes some getting used to. Also, I would like to be easier to connect with other tools and improve configurations.

The analyses have been helpful for me in identifying the financial areas we need to take care of. It is benefecial that the documents are saved in the cloud because we can share them quickly and vew them as a team.

What I like most about FloQast is that it helps e with my accounting and finance team because it keeps the organized during the month-end and quarter-end close processes.
The customer service is excellent; it always responds quickly. When I've had issues, I've resolved them with the company of consultants of FloQast.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many bad things to say about FloQast; it's an excellent software. However, I wish there was an option to be able to place hyperlinks in PDF files so that I could use those files as an alternative to Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The implementation process is quick and easy. I can get it up and running on the basics and then begin to complete all the finer details of the closing processes.

Floqast keeps things organized!
What do you like best about the product?
FloQast is so user-friendly and customizable. I have used it across 2 different organizations, 1 that was well-established and 1 that is starting out. In both cases it was a value-add and I would recommend any teams who are doing a month-end close to utilize the software. It's so easy for the entire team to know what it is going on during month-end at all times which is especially helpful in a remote working environment.

I haven't encountered any downsides of using FloQast. There are a ton of features that we haven't yet explored..

FloQast helps keep our team organized. We are a start-up finance team with new members that are learning processes; FloQast acted as a one-stop shop for us to refer to during our month-end and regularly monthly tasks.

Although it is designed for month-end or year-end closing, it helps the accounting and finance departments to maintain order. Having a single software that does everything related to this type of task is perfect.
The task list is excellent for monitoring progress in accounting and finance. This way, closes are more bearable because all the work before them is done.

What do you dislike about the product?
The to-do list is a good idea, but FloQast doesn't mark a list as complete until the period folder is locked. So, I would make this chance to keep better track.
Also, it is cumbersome to access old information because it does not allow changes to the folder if the period corresponding to the lock is over and the folder is not locked. So, it is a bit of a strange and unnecessary system.

We use FloQast to know at all times the status of the accounting and financials of the other departments. All the workers involved in making the reports of income and expense allocations. Having all the information centralized is helpful for not having to compile it when it is time to close the accounts.
Of course, it is also our default software for closes, especially when everything is in order and only a few clicks are needed.

I have never used a system that places it all in one place. It's awesome!

The way it notifies me when a Reconciliation is out of balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it also allowed us to reconcile expense accounts (like payroll).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the close to be very transparent at all stages of the month. Without it, you have to email and find out where everyone is.
