Best document signing software
What do you like best about the product?
Support. It's absolutely stunning, they help with everything, even with copying templates manually. No similar attitude among other similar services whatsoever. Simple to integrate/onboard (took less than a day for 1 single employee), easy to set up, all thinkable features related to creating and signing documents are included. We use it on daily-to-weekly basis for over a year, and we are happy
What do you dislike about the product?
Small 'Log in' button, can't notice it sometimes. And that's the BIGGEST issue with them, trust me -- literally problem-less service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating multiple contracts, signing them and keeping them in order in the same space
Pandadocs is easy to use and allows for quick client conversions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can send contract proposals to clients that allows them to pay directly. The ability to create checkboxes means that we can send a potential client multiple options, they can select a checkbox for what they want and pay directly. It cuts down on back-and-forth and allows for quicker conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we receive payment through PandaDoc, we don't get invoices to send to clients. We use quickbooks, and then have to go in and create them, and send manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes contracting easy for us, and it's easy for our team to use and quick to send full documentation to potential clients.
Customer Experience with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
We really appreciate the seamless integration with HubSpot, which makes it easy for our sales team to generate and send quotes quickly. The ability to send a proposal directly through HubSpot and track when it’s viewed or signed adds real value and speeds up our sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the HubSpot integration is strong, it doesn’t natively support custom objects, which creates some limitations for our workflow. It would be even better if PandaDoc could more deeply integrate with all HubSpot data types without extra workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us streamline our sales process by making it easy to create, send, and track quotes directly through HubSpot. Instead of relying on manual documents or separate tools, we can quickly generate professional proposals and monitor customer engagement. This saves our team time, reduces errors, and gives us visibility into the sales cycle, which helps us close deals faster and provide a better customer experience.
Pandadoc helps me save a lot of time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it saves me a lot of time because I am a one-man show in my department. I really like templates and the integration with our HRIS. Creating documents is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more features such as once a document is completed, I would like to have the option to save a copy in our HRIS system. I would also like a more reasonable number of bulk send per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one-man show in my team and I benefit from saving a lot of time using PandaDoc
PandaDoc has become a crucial part of our customer-facing operations
What do you like best about the product?
Using PandaDoc helped us automate document management, create a scalable process for our customer-facing teams and minimize human error when working with quotes and subscription agreements. It's easy to set up and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a few occasions, I wanted to test some off-the-shelf automation recipes like connecting to Google drive etc but they were not working. Their support team tried to troubleshoot but it was taking up too much of my time so we ended up using a custom integration with a third party automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping us reduce manual work and minimize human error by using pre-made document templates and integrating with our CRM, which means the data is automatically pulled into documents without manual effort.
Too expensive if you need a single signature
What do you like best about the product?
Document organisation is nice and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is punitive for the occasional users like me who require it to sign a single document. I had to pay $65+ another $50 for QeS for just a single signature.
I explained my case to their support team and they could have helped me finding a better solution for my needs like one of the signature partners Evrosign that offers packages at a much lower price for the EU.
They might be a good solution for enterprise and businesses but they are simply too expensive for casual users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business problem, I needed to sign a contract with a bank
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a very easy to use platform, you can edit your documents inside PandaDoc or even upload a document from a PDF or DOC file which makes it very convenient. The platform is very reliable and it send directly to the client and also gives you the option to copy the document link to send to your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that I would say needs to be reviewed is that when you paste an information when filling out a document it brings the format and it ends up messing up the document, so I have to paste it on a notepad, copy from the notepad and only than paste into the PandaDoc document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping me in getting contracts singed by my clients, we build pools, so we need a contract to be signed whenever e client approves e new project.
Maybe the worst customer experience for startups/scaleups, despite a decent UI/UX.
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is good, and to be frank nothing to write home about. They made proposal feel like normal document creation, added variables and e-sign functionality and set off. Aka. it works like it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been trying to get a reasonable document creation and signature software for 5 months. Pandadoc has a good UI, but is probably the worst company to deal with. Both the customer service, and their attitude towards customers is absolutely terrible.
Using automations like Zapier is capped at 20 per month (unless you get an annual plan, where you get 250 at once). If you test to set up your integration properly, out goes your credits. Need more? $100 dollar minimum purchase of more credits, and they expire in a little while, for no real reason.
I've been talking to customer service about this for weeks and weeks, and they blatantly refuse to give any leeway on this.
This is just one example. Every single interaction I've had with them has been the same. Incredibly customer hostile. Try Qwilr (proposals) or Signwell/Documenso (e-signatures) and see if you can get by with those instead.
I can't believe how poor this experience has been.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposal, e-signatures
Scratches the itch
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface for creating documents to be signed, organizing the files that were signed, and creating quick proposals for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Per user pricing makes it hard to make available for staff members that infrequently need to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly creating quotes that are easier to generate than previous quoting systems
Solid Document Automation
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for a few months now to create, send, and manage proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents. Overall, it's a dependable solution nothing flashy, but functional. We mainly use it to generate invoice for renewals
What do you dislike about the product?
hm sometimes uploading or editing large PDF documents can be a bit laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The e-signing feature is generally smooth and user-friendly, both for internal users and external clients
