Very User-Friendly with Fast Parent Responses
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. The response from users in the county is very fast and the parents usually response within a day or two
What do you dislike about the product?
I missed the first training session, so I had to learn from a work friend. If I had more time to play around with the software, I am sure that I could learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps getting signatures from people and making sure that my master copies are not lost across classrooms.
PandaDoc Makes Proposals Fast with Templates, eSignatures, and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very convenient for creating and sending professional documents. It has great ease of use and the ease of implementation is simple even for new users. I use it frequently to send proposals and arguments. The number of features like templates, esignatures, document, tracking and analytics makes it very useful. The ease of integration with CRM and payment tools also improves workflow and customer support is helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced customisation options can take time to learn. Also the pricing might feel a little high for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves the problem of slow document approval and manual paperwork. It allows me to create, send and sign documents digitally, which speeds up the process and keeps everything organised.
Effortless Contract Management with an Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for reviewing and writing contracts, and for me, it's pretty easy to use and understand, which is great because I don't have to be involved in the operational parts. The UI is the best so far; everything is pretty simple, and there's not much where I have to guess or ask around. I don't use any specific tools within PandaDoc, but having the form ready and just needing to select the right options for the contract type I want is convenient. I can also open the doc and read it without any issues, which makes things pretty fine for me. We use it together with Attio, and while I wasn't involved in the setup process, I didn't hear many complaints about it. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it.

User-Friendly and Better Priced Than Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. It is priced better than Docusign. And the name makes me laugh.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is sometimes the files upload in the incorrect order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales and use Zoom as my platform for my sales calls. I am able to send contracts very quickly without meeting in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see which customers are viewing items, and how long they spend looking at them, really helps when it comes to moving the conversation toward making a sale.

There’s nothing I dislike about Pandadocs.

Being able to reach customers across New Zealand and send proposals electronically has been really helpful.

I like that PandaDoc is user-friendly, as even someone who isn't computer savvy can understand it easily. It's also very efficient for quick transactions, letting customers make down payments swiftly to secure a product. The initial setup was pretty straightforward for me, needing just a couple of practice tries to get it right.

Only if I have to keep doing one over from the wrong location of one of our businesses.

It’s very easy to use. My wife uses it for her company as well, and she referred it to me.

The cost is a bit too high—that’s the only issue for me.
