Effective, easy, streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
The integration into Salesforce keeps sales processes consistent and data flowing properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes formatting is difficult to play with, but that is likely user error or lack of knowledge within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use contracting platform that makes it easy to send contracts out and track statuses. Data flows back into Salesforce instead of having to update manually.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offers extensive versatility, providing solutions for a wide range of tools necessary for daily operational needs. We use PandaDoc for quoting, marketing brochures and proposals and general contracts.
PandaDoc works with many of the availble CRM platforms and easily becomes an integral and centralized part of our day.
PandaDoc also has a massive online tutorial library with live instructor videos and very accessible customer support. So much of the code is written to allow us to easily create documents and brochures with all the bells and whistles, you almost feel like you're a web designer!

What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user to PandaDoc linked to Hubspot, I found it to be a bit dauntingat first. I wanted to utilize many of the PandaDoc products, but it takes a few minutes to get comfortable with the various programs and initial development of your product or templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized contract and quote needs

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using PandaDoc for a few months, but I already like the program. It is easy to use and send docs quickly to clients. If anything changes in the future I'll be sure to update my review.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard sometimes to edit existing templates but I've been able to get around any changes I need to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is allowing me to send contracts and agreements to clients quickly. I like that I get notified when docs are viewed and signed.
Easy Software and Reasonably priced
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward software. Easy to implement.

Nothing yet to dislike about PandaDoc. Been using it over a year.

Better paperwork from Sales Reps and customers. .
Best Docusign Product
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and get signature on our documents. We can easily track documents and do followups using Pandadoc itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered some bugs and that has impacted us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage over 50 documents that require signatures each month. Pandadoc has truly been a lifesaver, even while using the free version. Its streamlined workflow has significantly reduced the time and effort we spend on document processing, enabling us to focus more on our core tasks.
PandaDoc is the best signing platform on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things about PandaDoc - the fair price, the countless useful features, the ability to convert and edit documents within the platform, and its interaction with other apps are just a few of my favourites! Plus, the ability to send a link rather than an email has made our lives so much easier. My company uses it multiple times every single day, and it was a breeze converting from our previous signing platform. We have also been very impressed with the customer support we've recieved when reaching out for assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a tiny nitpick - when setting a signing order, it wasn't clear to me how to set it up so one person could sign, and then the next three could sign in any order. I was able to figure it out though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send out a high volume of contracts every day. The built-in tools make it very easy to repeat this process across a number of transactions.
Pandadoc is life changing for signing documents with multiple parties
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Pandadoc is you can edit your document and send them right away to the people that needs to sign. You can also control what they can edit in the document, thus reviewing important information is easy. It is very efficient to use and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are feature that are hard to find especially when you are viewing it on a mobile device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes signing documents easy for all parties involved. I create a document then send it to the end user, then it will go back to me for my signature, then goes straight to my boss for his signature, and done! A contract is created so easily. Whenever there are errors in the document, its easy to edit them and have all parties sign the document again. The ease of use and how fast it goes to people's emails is the greatest benefit our company gets.
