PandaDoc offers easy signature approval
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a reliable and simple way to obtain signatures digitally. Users get detailed updates regarding the status of the documents sent: when the document is viewed, when it is signed and when it is completed. Even the least technical customer can simply approve a document. The service is easy and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the document is not as simple as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives our reps a platform to generate documents that require a signature that is easy to use from any computer and delivers updates on the documents status in real time. Customers who have access to email can approve the document which has significantly sped up the contract approval process for our reps.
Exceeded my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried several other known platforms for collecting signatures. PandaDoc is by far my favorite. The price is reasonable and the features meet my needs perfectly. It is a user friendly platform and saves tons of time for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't experienced any downsides. As with any tech platform, it takes a little effort to get used to the organization of information and all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Pandadoc every day and find the ease and speed of getting out a very professional quote a real plus. We integrate with HubSpot which works very well. They are always releasing quality-of-life improvements.

Default views would be nice especially when you have large numbers of teams using the product

I believe the system rocks. Its simple to use and frankly makes my presentations standout.

Panda Doc is a fairly easy product to use.
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of helpful videos to guide you. Customer support is also quick to respond when needed. I didn't get any formal training, and I was able to figure things out on my own fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more user friendly. When I make a template, I would like that process to be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create contracts and then follow-up orders that require multiple signatures. These are send out by email to the necessary recipients and then returned.

Using PandaDoc with our CRM system we can create proposal in seconds. It's quick and easy for clients to review and sign off online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall everything is great. If there was one thing editing of text within tables can be a little frustraing at time.

When signatures are from people that are too far to get to easily, or simply for convenience.
PandaDoc has made my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc daily for pre-startup checklists that I need our customers to sign. My company was able to send in PDF versions of the checklists, and get them professionally made into PandaDoc templates. They look great and are easy for our customers to complete. You can also take courses on how to create your own templates, if you would like to do it yourself. I have not taken a course, however I am able to easily create my own templates from pre-existing PDFs we have, and they look professionally done. Before I started using PandaDoc, I was sending out the checklists via email, and often received them back incomplete or I had to repeatedly follow up on my emails. With PandaDoc, I am able to make all fields required, and set up auto-reminders plus an expiration date on the document. It was very easy to switch over to using PandaDoc, and now that PandaDoc sends out auto-reminders, I have one less thing I need to worry about. We are slowly integrating using PandaDoc in my office, and my coworkers really enjoy it as well. The customer support is great too, and gets back to you pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to select the time at which a document expires. Sometimes I would like a document to expire at 5pm on a certain day, but it will expire in the morning instead. To remedy this, I usually just extend the document by an extra day if I see it is expiring soon. Hopefully the PandaDoc team will take this suggestion into consideration!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me solve the problem of receiving back incomplete documents, as I am able to require all fields to be completed before a document can be returned. It also sends out auto--reminders so I don't have to repeatedly follow up on my emails, it is one less task I have to worry about which allows me to focus on other aspects of my job.

i am able to send my claimant's documents to sign to their phone and is very pratical cince they are able to get it done quickly and easily.

so far we like it. i did not like the change on the way to add new receipients. i liked it the way it was before.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadocs is very intuitive the use of variables makes projects that would otherwise be very tedious a breeze to complete. It's ability to promt signers, remind them of pending documents, and to send them a copy once the document has been completed has saved me a lot of time. I really appreciate that the PD team is constantly making improvements and broadening its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into problems with signers forwarding the email to another user... This creates a problem becuase they sign their name under the wrong user. It would be helpful if there were some way to prevent this from happening. Perhaps prompting them to request the signer be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has been a huge time saver for me. Our company manages over 180 associations and often times their are 180 forms that I need to get out to individual board members. The use of variables, templates, and saved messages had saved me hours upon hours of time.
