Panda Doc is far and above our last service, easy to use and help section is wonderful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the help section where i can get information quickly on how to navigate what i need to do

I wish it was a bit easier to send a 2nd/3rd request to remind the client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to have our clients drive to the office to review and sign documents, it is a godsend
Get your client signed up pretty fast and easy!

How user-friendly it is for the main user and for the additional signers.
I also like the security that it has and the ways to verify the emails, addresses and signatures.

Nothing. Everything is good and I can't think of anything negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Pandadoc is solving are complexity in contract management and record-keeping.
The benefits are that it's very easy to use for me and the recipient and you can save them and have templates.

Panda Docs is very easy to use and keeps our documents organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sorting capabilities in Panda Doc. Easy to find completed vs. viewed, etc. It is also easy to edit documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' t have a down side to using PandaDocs. We have had no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all of our clients organized and we are able to easily refer to our contracts.

I was able to learn and teach so quickly, it's a huge part of why it's helpful.

I haven't used the Pandadoc training but I'm sure it could answer any questions we have.

Amazing Proposal’s
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless it is to create proposal's and template out those proposal's for my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a UI upgrade and I'd also like to see some more functionality outside of proposal writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc's solves our proposal/ quote generating issue. It's very important to stand out and have a great impressionable quote.

It offers a very easy and clean experience in converting PDF or Word-based documents into editable and sign-able contracts

For my usage (not a power user) I can't think of anything!

Digital signatures made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I needed an easy solution for digital signatures and Panda Doc delivered! Easy for me and easy for my clients. Customer service has been great when I've had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's been a great experience and I suggest Panda Doc to everyone.

Documents can be signed easily by everyone. No more printing, signing and scanning. Just click and sign, even if someone doesn't have a PandaDoc account.
Awesome Doc/ Signature Collecting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support and service are top-tier! They are always very helpful, get back to us pretty quickly, and are willing to develop their software to meet our needs. The account managers I've had have also been great! They also have different teams that work on different sectors of PandaDocs, you can see that they're working towards advancing their product.
The website itself is pretty easy to use, intuitive, and user-friendly. We can customize pretty much anything we want on the docs.
PandaDoc is also the EASIEST platform I've used to collect documents. Other platforms were a nightmare to work with. But PD makes it so simple and easy! And like I said, if I have any problems, their customer support team is super helpful. I'd definitely fight to keep PD as our main doc/ signature collecting platform for years to come!

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to add here, I pretty much like everything about them!
Aside from one thing - the "I'm not a robot" captcha, where do they have to choose all the boxes with street lights or what have you - this can kind of throw our vendors off, so I just wish it wasn't there.

Getting our vendors to sign our onboarding paperwork, or annual paperwork.
Pandadoc is 10 times better than DocuSign.
What do you like best about the product?
The product is more affordable, easy to use and customer service is on point. Anytime I have an issues, these folks are there to help. In todays world, customer service is hard to find. I appreciate their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They URL called form to send out. They have a counter everytime someone opens it. However the company has had a meeting with me to figure out a work around that is affordable to a small business. I looked into other options but their customer service has kept me a loyal customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have continued to update their software. They keep adding new options and features. Also, if you have any ideas to improve their business, they take everything into consideration. This business is really great with customer service.

Great freemium service to get started with electronic documents
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to register with fantastic onboarding support and guidance. User friendly dashboard to get started quickly with clear guides and and a wide range of easy to understand features even on the free version. Paid features will open up a range of options to integrate into business workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I have currently encountered as a downside to Pandadoc
