Great application to streamline document management

Not enough granular permissions. As a manager, I want to create a proposal and get the help of some team members but don't want to give them access to pricing

Keeping track of contracts, templatizing contracts/proposals

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PandaDoc for 2+ years now, and I love it! UI/UX is amazing, very intuitive and easy to use, and highly relaible. All the features are need are there, and it's very seamless and smooth to integrate.
And what I love the most about it - the support behind the product. Every question I ever had for Customer Support was resolved in 2 mins, the team is doing a great job! Keep up the great work!

Love everything about the product, nothing to add here.

From Proposal generation and and CPQ, through Contract Management, up to a variety of additional acceptance documents and protocols we do every month.

Would like to be able to do a quick correction after I send it.

Can quickly get documents signed and approved without having to walk them around to each office.

The number one reason I chose Pandadoc was their UI/UX and the free templates available for different use cases. They were really helpful when I was getting started with the business.

Nothing much. But I wish they had better pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pandadoc for HR, Finance and Sales purposes. For example, all my employee contracts, letters to the bank, sales proposals and customer agreements are on Pandadoc.

Loving the Panda!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for around a year now after implementing it for our wholesale partner network. After a brief learning curve, I found it very easy to create contract templates and integrate them with our Zendesk CRM. It's a huge timesaver, is very professional and enables us to collaborate with partners around the corner or across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything to dislike about PandaDoc!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to smoothly and professionally execute contracts with partners in different parts of the world and on different timezones.
It also neatly collects them in folders for easy access.

Not as easy to use as Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
I do think the user interface is slick and the proposal functionality that you get out of the box is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit more complex to use than docusign and I don't like that everyone else has visibility into everyone else's agreements. For example our HR team stayed on Docusign so that they could use it to implement employment documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to execute contracts digitally and use templates to do this.
Easy to use, affordable, and scalable
What do you like best about the product?
They do everything any digital signature service does, and do so well and make it easy, but that's just where it starts. They really shine on building templates that don't look like boring legal documents. You can add photos and videos to your templates, automatically populate them with the right data through integrations, and automate the signature collection right in those sexy templates. And on top of all that they have a great team that is happy to help whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet have to find anything I dislike, I don't think I ever will.

Easier and cheaper than Docusign.

My clidents appreciate how straight forward using PandaDoc is and I appreciate its reliability, ease of use, and the brand awareness that it carries.

Nothing bad to say to say about PandaDoc at this time.

PandaDoc allows me to communicate important documents and ascertain when those documents are reviewed and/or signed.
excellent app great for digital signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is fantastic for digital signatures it is easy to use very reliable it doesn't get blocked by spam does exactly what it says on the tin I've had no problems with it and have used it for a couple of years very useful and well written product

So far I found nothing negative with it it's great

we use it for contracts it means we do not need to post out contracts or use other contract apps
Pandadoc has streamlined my business!
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are easy to make for docs you use over and over. I use it several times a week. Interface is intuitive and quite easy to learn and was so easy to set up my docs to be filled out. Customer support is super helpful sending quick screen videos to explain steps as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike! So far everything has worked very well.

Allows me to easily generate contracts to be signed.
