Easy and trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is a good tool for a business where you need to keep the integrity of digital documents and easily process a high volume of signautres.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a deterant for a small nonprofit, but if you frequently spend time signing and gathering signatures, it might still be very well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc ensures we are all getting our documents signed quickly when spread across multiple campuses.
Great experience using PandaDoc!
What do you like best about the product?
It works exactly as it should. It can auto assign text boxes, which saves time per document. I also like how seamlessly it can integrate with Stripe. I use it almost every day to send agreements for my Content Agency. It was extremely simple to set up. I upload the .pdf document, enter their email and name, then auto assign the text boxes. You can also share it via email or a URL link. I like to send the email and then text my clients the URL link. Thanks PandaDoc for making it so simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to drag my mouse and highlight 4 text boxes, and assign them all at once. This is not a need though, just a want.

Great e-signature product and experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to learn and use interface. You get basic engagement and tracking information, and five documents sent, with the free account. That's plenty to give you a sense if the platform will work for you. They have a lot of great integrations, too. It's easy to implement into your document execution flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't dictate different signature types by document or signer, only at a platform level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signatures that are compliant and legally binding; automatic date stamping of signed documents; providing signed documents to signers and requester.

Having full control the meeting, easy usability.

Being able to meet and store conversations
Free version is perfect for those needing to limit business costs
What do you like best about the product?
With a little work (e.g., pre-making pdfs to load in), PandaDoc can create all the forms I need as a private practice psychologist, even with letterhead. The result looks professional and is HIPAA-compliant, which is key. I haven't found another service like it without significant cost. If I use a costly service, that is passed on to my clients, obviously, and I do what I can to limit extra costs to make therapy affordable. Highly recommend for telehealth professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the expiration on the free service - if the recipient does not respond fast enough, you need to re-do the whole form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a flexible, HIPAA-compliant online form generator to collect signatures on legal forms (policies and procedures, informed consent).
PandaDoc Streamlines School Documents
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small independent school and were looking for a way to create electronic enrolment forms as well as other forms we need parents to sign and submit each year. I spent a lot of time looking at the options available and trying out free trials and PandaDoc was by far the most flexible and easy to use. I was also impressed by the responsiveness to my questions -- both during the trial and after signing up. The program is user-friendly, and when I wasn't able to figure out how to do something on my own, I could usually find it in the resources or by contacting support. Despite a few bumps in the learning curve, using PandaDocs has streamlined our enrolment process and we've been able to use it for additional purposes we hadn't originally foreseen (e.g., rental contracts, employee tax forms) . We're very happy with this program and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but there are a few features I would like to see added to the program (e.g., a table that calculates) to streamline other processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, streamlining our enrolment process by allowing us to send customized forms to parents with required fields and signature lines, as well as automated reminders. We have also been able to utilize PandaDoc for required permissions/authorizations related to student travel, and for contracts for our rental spaces.
Great Platform with flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The integration module which connects to our CRM is critical to our business this allows us to pass our data right through to Panda Docs thereby customizing each document without having to data entry a second time..This is priceless
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more real-time PDF edit ability, this is only applicable to legacy documents.. All our new docs we create in Panda Docs thereby allowing real time edits with no friction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our clients are mobile ...being able to create a link then copy and paste right into their text message has been priceless
Easy-To-Use Document Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is very easy to upload a document into PandaDoc, add the fields that need to be completed, and then send the document to the different parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike but depending on how often you use PandaDoc and what you use it for, the monthly pricing may be a little high. The good thing is that they do have a free account for people who use it sparingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has given me an easy, streamlined way to get client signatures on documents. Specifically, I often need clients to sign proposals before beginning work. Sometimes it can be difficult because the client is busy or wants to get started and just doen't think the contract is that important. PandaDoc makes it quick and easy.
A continuously improving essential software
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly do not think that there is a software out there more essential to finalizing business transactions. Wheter its agreements, marketing material, contracts or just signatures, this software is the glue that many businesses need. The software is continuously improving, which is essential to creating new SOP's for your business to operate around. The software works with multiple types of CRM's, email programs, and dozens of other integrations that businesses use every day. I even built our company tutorials on pandadoc, which shows the versatility of the platform. Whenver there is a problem, or a new feature there are plenty of ways to get the support you need. I personaly use pandadoc everyday, and have put 1000's of hours into building templates which help every facet of my many businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that some people are not familiar with Pandadoc and it is a constantly changing product which means that you have to upkeep your templates. Some do update automatically but many features require redoing your templates, which just cost time up front.

Integration for speed of creating finalized documents across mutliple businesses.

The ease of use and functionality of the platform far exceeds our prior platform signority. Template options are amazing and save time. Very straightforward platform with many options available for the user.
Customer support is very friendly and responds the same day with any issues, usually offering fix options within hours of request.
