PandaDocs is superior to DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can send docs as links vs just emails that come from PandaDocs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't encountered anything I don't like as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of keeping track of contracts I have out and need to be signed and then storage of those contracts.
Fantastic integration with HubSpot, easy to use and lovely support!
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, the initial process when meeting Valeria was fantastic. She was just straight to the point and answered every question like a champ.
Onboarding was a great experience with a lot of useful information.
Great integration with HubSpot and we are now sending contracts in a couple of clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just some minor things that are more tied to how we use it and what info would we need to have there additionally. Nothing too crazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made the Sales process more streamlined and faster to send the contract to the client.
Also, it is idiot friendly so people are finding it very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to set up, intuitive, able to easy edit if needed, can assign multiple people to sign and CC others. very customizable. You can add notes, initials, pictures, assign different signature areas to multiple people. Love the certificate of signture at the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you change the color of the font it set up the new color as a default. The auto generation of the email subject is too long

Reducing the time needed for sending documents , following up on with signatures and sending coping to all involved

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves that it's easy to onboard and use. It also helps us track our documents well and keep track of the signing process. Their team was very helpful in getting our company set up and we now use it for all of our signing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the pricing was a different format, instead of paying per seat.

Propoosal and contract creation, tracking, and signing.
Pandadoc is a beast of a tool with packed features !!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and workflow. Snippets of videos explaining on how to use a certain functionality ! Creation of templates saves times for future use ! Creating Have an approval workflow and collaborating with others are nice features ! Customer Support has been fantastic too .
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a document is sent , say it needs multiple people to sign it and if an email address for one receipient was keyed in wrong then there is not edit feature to correct just that wrong receipient and resend it . Instead it needs to be sent to all and everyone needs to sign it again.

Sending a document for multiple people to read , ack and e-sign it

The ease of use and constant adding of new features based on customer feedback.

Any web based program has limitation, would like to see a windows app created to allow local use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created a method of consistency in how we send out quotes and contracts. Allowed our business to better track what stage various documents are in.
PandaDoc works, plain and simple!
What do you like best about the product?
The whole interface is easy to learn and use. If you are like me and need to manage a lot of contracts and gather signatures from multiple people, PandaDoc makes it a breeze. You can upload pdfs to create your own template and save those for future use or you can use their gallery of templates. Once someone signs a document, you will be notified so no more guess work. You can also create folders to file your documents, making it a much cleaner looking experience. We use PandaDoc for all in-house and 3rd party vendor documents and recommend it to any company that wants to streamline their contracts and or employee documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, I have not come across anything that has made me think " I wish PandaDoc did this."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract mgmt in general. Before we had some contracts handled through the mail, some scanned and emailed back to us or even hand delivered. PandaDoc has pretty much eliminated this process for us and made things much easier to track and to keep organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a great experience, our Customers are happy and satisfied, the way the portal manage Payments is very useful and our data base is fully updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the portal get blocked, I had to reset the portal many times but depending on the network connection the portal runs properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating contracts bandred and organized, the way the portal is integrate with our CRM is very useful for sharing information with our clients.
Very good eDoc Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and very practicale to exchange internally and with customers. Full visibility. All electronic. Integrates easily with CRMs such as Salesforce. Can be used as as a quoting tool or to exchanges agreements or letters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be considered as a SPAM and filtered by certain IT Systems. Some organisations are yet to adopt electronic only exchanges, hence, reluctant to use an eDoc Platform such as PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast exchange of Agreements. Full visibility on the process progress. Quoting Tool. API with Salesforce. Better productivity and time saving.
Best Docs Management I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my templates auto-fill so simply from our CRM saves my team tons of time. Not to mention the service is super quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far just document recovery. Its kinda easy to mess up a signed agreement, then have to ask the client to resign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A scalable solution to agreements for our salespeople and clients, that ties direct to our CRM. Saves a lot of time from duplicate data entry and transposition.
