It's solving the need for traceability.
Able to quickly access historical documents in order to troubleshoot problems.

the quotes and the tracking of send documents . that is very helpful to stay in touch

There could be more templates in german language.

We can track and follow the whole process with a client. that saves a lot of time for us. We are more productive.
Getting better all the time
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Panda in early 2021. Our IT Team switched us obver to Proposify for six months, which more than doubled (or even tripled ) the amount of time it took to create and edit a proposal. We have been back with Panda for around 12 months now and are really happy with the many improvements made in this time. We also love the way Panda integrates with Hubspot, Zapier, Xero etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but we would like to give more users access to view, but we have reached our capacity

Automations and integrations between multiple platforms (Hubspot, Zapier, Xero) is great

What do you like best about the product?
Love how customizable their documents & templates are. Their very slick and modern design features have helped us stand out from our competitors.

Honestly nothing, I think it's pretty close to perfect.

Providing accurate / transparent quotes to our prospective customers while helping us have a highly professional appearance.
Great for Small Business Owners!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes sending invoices and agreemtns so easy for a small one woman run business like me. The stripe integration makes the process seamless for clients and myself!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how the payment amount sometimes double counts if I have a payment table on two documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing and invoicing clients. Also managing my invoices and agreements and having ongoing documentation of these client documents.
Easy to use and great for e-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to have templates in the system which makes onboarding people a breeze. You can also save email templates so you don't have to worry if you're leaving out some important info!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to edit documents that have already been completed by one signer if they need to be updated before another signer views and/or signs the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for contract management and e-signatures. We use this all the time for our Staff Aug Business and makes it so easy with the saved templates.

I really appreciate the automatic function of not having to worry about whether a client sends the signed document. It's automatic once they click on finish.

It took me a little while to figure out how to drag the signature and text blocks over for the electronic signing.

I appreciate the ease and consistency of electronic sighing even with elderly clients who are generally sceptical of technology.

Templates and the document interface make it easy to create proposals that stand out. From video to images to tables, it's the best electronic proposal delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I once had an issue with images not rendering, but support was good investigating it to resolution.

PandaDoc helps me send high quality proposals quickly and integrates with my hubspot data for quick creation.
Pandadoc is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is seriously so easy to use and saves me a ton of time. I am able to save countless templates inside the software, and easily jump in and create new proposals with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored any sort of automations, but would certainly be cool if there was a way to set up an automatic proposal creation when I was to reach a certain stage in our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need proposals created quickly, and having a central area to be able to do so has been great. It garners quick responses with its signature reminders, and helped solve a gap in our sales process.

It can handle our complex estimates and the software provides insight into prospect views of estimates so we know when they view estimates and the pages they view or skip

Occasionally it can be slow. Infrequently.

Frequent contract generation for review and signature by prospects.
