Great experience and support!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is great for putting together legal contracts and agreements. I've used it for a few months now and have found the integration with Salesforce to be great, as well as the in-app support to be both timely and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate and not the most intuitive when it comes to filling in fields, but works well once you know where to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for B2B contracts and agreements as a sales person and it makes it easy to transfer all relevant information from Salesforce to the document. The templates are great as well

Saved me during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the authentication we receive with every signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for using all the features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, when everything closed down, we still had to provide services. With Pandadoc, we were able to get signatures and certificates of authenticity that were used to verify and approve services.
Simple and elegant
What do you like best about the product?
It's direct to the point, not too many things that make it difficult, not too much that makes it too simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, i think the free version is already very useful, and the paid version is really necessary for some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simples signing platform, for many signatures, and it goes directly to the email of the people that needs to sign, and it doesn't require you to know a lot to know how it works

It's really simple to use and very intuitive

The interface is very easy to use. It's very clear, well-laid out, and good for non-technical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to make changes once a document has been sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send my new customers an easy way to sign contracts with me that doesn't require being near a printer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. It's way better than DocuSign
Trips to the bank are SO last year! LiveNotary is on its A game!!!

LiveNotary saw a need for a remote notary platform and tackled the problem immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
They are working through kinks but they are one of the first of their kind so it is to be expected. They take constructive criticism with grace and make the changes to provide a solution to any issue!

We are able to put smiling faces on our Clients when notaries used to be a HUGE burden. As I said, trips to the bank are SO last year!

THE ONLY DOWSIDE IS THAT DOCUMENTS CAN ONLY BE SENT TO ONE EMAIL ADDRESS AT A TIME

Gets contracts signed and paid faster
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have cut several steps from our process. We used to edit a word document, send it out via docusign for contracts, then send an invoice from quickbooks. Now we do it all in one step which is much faster. The forms are branded and look nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails from PandaDocs sometimes go to spam but that seems to happen with lots of things. I haven't figured out an easy way to upload contacts as they meet with me. We don't use the CRMs Panda integrates with, but an integration with ScheduleOnce would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting contracts signed faster, and getting paid faster. I actually love it.
My Experience with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to use without all the trial and error. No learning curve, jump in and get the e-docs done in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I don't like about this platform. If you can revive an expired doc that would be great.

We need our proposals signed quickly and easily and PandaDoc does that with ease
