The fact that you cant upload word documents.

Retainers for clients are signed accurately and more time-efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Was incredibly easy to onboard and within literally minutes I was sending out contracts and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any dislikes at all for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to put out contracts and proposals quickly and with great ease.

PandaDoc is awesome and very easy to use.
Easy Interface, Great Basic Features
What do you like best about the product?
The web interface is very simple and user friendly. Uploading docs and adding signature or date lines is a breeze, I like that you can email directly from the app or create a link to paste into your own email from work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they allowed custom signature in the free version as that's the only thing I'm missing, but otherwise great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting client contracts returned and signed much quicker. We are also getting legal documents reviewed, executed and returned much sooner allowing us to meet our court deadlines with ease.

Maybe just a few more options in free version.

The App version is not very user friendly. Hard to create documents on the App.

Distant engagement contract signing. It is formal and easy to get access from any where of the world. And easy for us to close deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Pandadoc! It's the easiest way to receive an electronic signature, payment information securely and give both you and the client a copy! It also is fabulous at tracking the progress of the document! In such a digital age, this is the tool to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about panda doc! I use this software daily and have never had a problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the problem of secure checkout, signatures of the correct individual, and copies of documents all electronically! The benefits are that all information is electronic, and no paper documents are required.

Customizable fields that can be saved in your templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting options aren't very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once a quote template is created, it is easy to create a document and share with your customer for approval and electronic signing.

It is a quality product that is a less expensive replacement for Docusign.

It saves our company so much time; what used to take us around 5 minutes to fill out, we can get done in 45 seconds to a minute.
