Easy, Quick, Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of templates, reminders system sends out and overall turn-around time we've observed in receiving documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing to clear the form and not able to edit if changes need to be made

Turn-around time of completing documents, and receiving documents with automated reminders

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using PandaDoc via HubSpot so it's one less software for our team (the integration is great!). We love that our clients can sign and pay directly for PandaDoc (via Stripe).
Very flexible tool for most of my needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the editor allows me to create documents as I want them, plus with the API, they're completed and send automatically, so it's wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some problems with the editor sometimes when importing documents from word, but I've been told it'll be okay with editor 2.0

Contracts signature and a lot of time saved with the templates edition and the API.

It is easy to produce great-looking interactive professional docs

Getting the document set up and working the first time is a process. But, it is worth it.

Getting documens out to customers and prospects fast that are profetional.

Experienced some difficulties in syncing with Pipedrive, but eventually resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email deliverability and open rate has skyrocketed after switching to PandaDoc. Editing, updating and communicating via PandaDoc is a very pleasant experience.
PandaDoc - Create, sign & manage documents online
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc provides varieties of business proposals, contracts, and quotes templates to choose from, saving time to create one from scratch. It is also directly possible to send and receive those documents and sign digitally in a seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike part of PandaDoc comes when users try editing its prebuilt templates. Finding all of its editing and document refinement features can be time-consuming and confusing for most users who don't have better experience in using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made our proposals, contracts, and quotes creation process very quick and intelligent. We can create any documents online and share them with our clients through email or link and get them signed in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an online business owner, don't spend time writing proposals and contracts from scratch; instead, explore the possibilities on PandaDoc.
PandaDoc is the Best E-Signature Software
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using it for signing documents and it has made our lives easier. Sign Up with Google, document uploading and creating, document statuses and alerts whenever there is an activity, easy to use forms and e-signatures. Inviting team members for the collaboration and importing/saving my contacts for future usage is also worth mentioning here. Love it overall! I'll try to upgrade my account in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option to rename my workspace. Other than this I don't think I can get more options in the free version. I tried the premium trail and that was awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem that I face, like I just said, I couldn't update the name of my workspace. I accidentally had typed the wrong name and now I'm not allowed to change it. I hope the PandaDoc team will have something for this in the near future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend every organization in the world to try it and use it. Without any doubts, this software will help you a lot specially if you go for a paid version.

There is nothing I dislike about Panda doc. I use the free version and it is suitable for my needs.

When I need any support, there always has been a HUMAN BEING answering me and providing support.
When competitors let you search your way around in frustration to find what you NEED RIGHT NOW, PandaDoc has a HUMAN BEING that answers and gets things done. Even very fast, or within a reasonable time frame.
For me -- THAT counts!

The system provides for ONE language to describe HOW the recipients should complete their signatures.
When you transact globally in different languages,my clients should have the options to click the languages THEY need the USER INFO to be available.
I would recommend that!
In addition, no matter how much one describes in WORDS the clicks and steps to complete the procedure, it would be better to make these steps "idiot-proof" with a SEPARATE POP-UP Page, that shows the required steps with 1. PICTURE, 2. PICTURE, etc.
The CHAT window should be MOVABLE as at times, it COVERS what a user should SEE while the support agent is chatting about!

What do you like best about the product?
The service was easty to roll out. Intuitive controls. Decent price point.

We have no issues at this time. The service works as needed.

We are an insurance agency and need documents signed quickly and efficiently. PandaDoc's allows us to keep track and collect everything we need for our files.

I tried several esignature services before finding PandaDoc. This is by far the best for usability and cost.
