Been great for internally managing our business!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has eliminated the need for us to track paper documents, do repetitive scanning of documents, and allows us to get signatures ASAP. We do not use Panda doc for customer documents or handling money. I use this account mostly for HR/overhead purposes and it truly has made my job so much easier. I can send time-off requests to multiple people, send background checks to applicants, offer letters to new hires, or send a one-time document to my boss for approval. I truly use this program more than I would have expected, and would recommend it to anyone that has to scan, upload and file documents regularly. You can also know when someone has viewed the document even if it hasn't been signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a document has been sent you can't edit the recipients. For example, if I email to ten people for signature, and one email is wrong I'd have to send a new copy to everyone again. It also can send a lot of repetitive emails, so I wouldn't recommend sending a document for too many people to sign at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said before it reduces a lot of monotonous work for me. I can get important agreements signed in a jiffy- rather than scanning and sending to have the other party print, scan and send back. It can also be hard to track paper documents when multiple parties need to sign off, and this takes care of the problem.

The ease of use and speed of each transaction.

Now that PandaDoc has been integrated into our CRM, there is nothing to dislike.

We have solved our slow turnaround times for our PSAs with PandaDoc.
Simplification & Tool abilities
What do you like best about the product?
Recently, we've been adding new clients to our client list. At times, contracts can end up in legal review. PandaDoc has a redlining feature that significantly simplifies this for its users. Basically, once all agreed-upon changes have been inputted by the attorneys, you hit "accept" and the changes are all made within the system and are tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our company, the "approver" and "signer" are the same. Instead of having to send for approval and then signature, I'd like there to be a way it can be done at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since adding the redlining feature, it's made my time in reviewing contracts decrease.
Slick, fast and secure.

PandaDoc is really mobile friendly and very secure for sending documents off for signing.

PandaDoc is a really good platform, and I cannot yet find anything to fault it.

PandaDoc has allowed my charity to work more efficiently by getting documents signed faster.

PandaDoc is quick and easy to use and keeps everyone on the same page in the documention process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is wonderful. I hope it becomes the streamlined use for document signature. My only complaint is the document has to start over when you want to make a change. It would be great to be able to edit the document after submission.

Ease of communication, order of signature, everyone is looped in and provided the final document. Prior to using pandadoc we had one docusign account which was sent from our administrator. Clients did not recognize her name and often the signature was therefore, not obtained.
Really Useful Software for Small Business/Start Ups
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that basic E-sign functionality is free and unlimited. And that I am notified when a customer has viewed/completed a doc
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Haven't had any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer order forms are now a quick and easy task so that I can get back to providing value to my customers. It also removes a technical barrier for the end customer and makes signing an order fast and convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this a try before going to the obvious competitors. It probably does everything you need for less money
I have been using PandaDoc for at least 2 years and I love how easy it is.
What do you like best about the product?
My clients are very happy to access the documents anywhere with the usage of their phones or laptop. It`s pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It`s all good in my opinion. All my clients are older people and they never complained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell real estate so my sellers and buyers live in different states and it would take more time to do my job if wasn`t for Pandadoc.

You will receive a lot of confirmation emails until you get your email preferences the way you like them
